Pet-friendly apartment

Here are a few things I like about my apartment: 1. It's in a hip neighborhood : great indi-art, young and vibrant, many bars. 2. The apartment is very pet-friendly : lots of greens. no breed restrictions. You just need a renter's insurance. 3. Washer/dryer is free: It's a common laundry room, and it's free. This is amazing. Here are a few things I don't like about my apartment: 1. It's a hit-or-miss, depending on your unit: My unit has good A/C and heat but some others told me their unit did not have good A/C. My unit, however, makes clanking noise from the pipes at night which is very distracting. 2. It has no sink drainer/disposer: you have to take out your food garbage frequently.
