About 10 Poplar Ave Millbrae, CA 94030
We are two young twenty somethings looking for a third roommate in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with full living room, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave included) and covered garage with free washer/dryer on site. The room open for rent is a private master bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The room sits in the back of the house, above the garage and isolated from the street and all common areas. Location is Millbrae a 10 minute walk from Millbrae Caltrain/BART, 10 minute walk from downtown Millbrae for shops, restaurants, grocery stores, dry cleaning, etc. Ample street parking can be found near the house, no permit needed. All shared rooms are already fully furnished except for bedroom/bathroom available for rent. Commitment would be 1 year starting October 1st. No smoking. No pets. Rent does not include water, utilities, wifi, or garbage. Average cost of all are about $110/mo. We also have a cleaner who comes once a month for $20 each. We are friendly, clean, respectable roommates. One of us works in engineering in SF and rides BART, the other works in consulting in South Bay and drives taking US101.
