This home was custom built in 1980, it's beautiful design features high ceilings, terra cotta tile floors, tons of storage space and walls of sliding glass doors to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the lake and all that abounds. Private gated community includes one parking spots and a tie up for a boat. - Viewings by appointment only. Please go to our website to schedule a viewing. - $55.00 Application Fee per applicant - No application accepted until the potential tenant(s) have toured the property in person with a Maple Leaf Management agent. - All calls will be considered pre-screening of potential tenants -Tenants pay electric, gas, and $120 monthly water/sewer/garbage - Security Deposit of one month’s rent and Last Month’s rent required. The Security Deposit and Last Month’s rent can be pro-rated if necessary (over six months) - Pet(s) negotiable. Additional pet deposit and/or additional rent may apply. - Parking: Two assigned stalls included.
