Great location. Eight minutes from New Paltz and four minutes from Hannaford supermarket. Peaceful environment. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. All utilities included. No laundry on premises . However there are several laundry facilities near by. Private bathroom recently remodeled and is a shared space for the tenants renting the private bedrooms. First month rent and security required. Parking available for vehicles, one vehicle per tenant. Serious candidates only.
