A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Amenities are available at the property's discretion, and refunds cannot be processed if an amenity is closed during your stay. Most guests prefer to let themselves in with the automated entry system, but assistance is available upon request. No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $75/hr late fee for check-outs after 11 AM and a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds, with an additional pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. A rental usage agreement must be signed, agreeing to rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and undergoing a background check if required. The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
