No smoking or parties are allowed, with a $75/hr late fee for check-outs after 11 AM and a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds, with an additional pet fee based on stay length.
