The electricity was also completely updated with brand-new circuit breakers in the apartment. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a pre-war walk-up apartment. Heat and hot water are included. We are also just a 30 minute train ride from midtown Manhattan and 15 minutes to Yankee Stadium and the station is just 3 blocks from your front door. If you love the outdoors we are 1 block from Old Croton Aqueduct Trail with miles of walking/jogging/biking trails to enjoy. Plenty of ample free parking is also located across the street and down many blocks of the downtown village area. This is a family-run building so no management companies to deal with.
