Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer. This adorably updated two story condo is located in the center of Wrightsville Beach. The main level of the condo offers a cozy living room with flat screen TV, a half bath, a kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, workstation, and endless charm. Just off the kitchen is a fantastic outdoor sitting area that feels secluded. The second floor of this condo is just as charming as the main living level. At the top of the stairs, you are greeted by built in bunk beds. here are also two private bedrooms, one with partial ocean views, and a full bathroom located on the top floor. There is shared laundry in the carport. Monthly filter changes to be scheduled with tenant. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin). Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2-3 vehicles. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Students, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
