She will make you responsible for repairs that should have been done years ago. Stsy away.
The apartments on Meisner Circle are clean and well kept. It's a private little cul-de-sac, close to shopping and restaurants. The managers are very non-intrusive and attentive to any problems that arise. If workmen need to come into the apartment, they always ask first and arrange a time that is convenient for the tenant. The grounds are very clean with picnic benches behind the buildings for tenants to barbecue and sit out. There's plenty of free parking for tenants and guests, and it's safe with the front and back of buildings well lit at night. It's a peaceful place to live and the price is not bad for what you get. I'm a current tenant and I would recommend living here.
Stay away from the apartments on Meisner Circle. The management company robs you, enters your apartment without approval for non-emergency type repairs, they use your last months rent so they can make repairs on your electricity and your rent. The places are very dirty and roach infested. Not a good place for bringing up children.
