Maintenance Larry, the maintenance man here at Skyline View Apartments. He does an excellent job on all the work he performs for the residents. He is prompt, courteous, and he knows how to fix any issue you may have at your apartment.

Maintenance request Nothing against Larry he does amazing, however to be told that you have to run a dishwasher cleaner through you dishwasher weekly is not ok. We have been with you guys for 12 years, nothing has been replaced, if it is replaced it is with an older model. I understand cleaning the dishwasher regularly just not weekly. That adds up. Our refrigerator freezes stuff if we put too much in it. Our stove isn’t level. I just wish when things are replaced it is replaced with newer models and us not be charged for them.
My fiancé and I have lived here for 8 months or so and we love it. Staff is friendly, it’s clean, and we love our loft apartment. I’ve lived in other apartments and never had a good experience until we lived here. We will be renewing our lease!

Skyline view is owned by cup properties in Lincoln Nebraska. I have lived in many apartments and this property is my favorite. The staff are nice and helpful. Never any issues. The property Is very clean and always looks beautiful. I love this place.
I've been here for over six years and am generally very satisfied. Although the rent goes up every year and the grounds could be better taken care of, I've never had any problems and will probably stick around for a while. The apartments are in a good area and the neighborhood is peaceful.
