Residences at Fayetteville

Community is over all nice. The neighbors and people in the community are friendly even the children. A few issues with the apartment itself but as long as it is worked on I am satisfied with everything.

If there were some improvements I would rate a 5. The gym needs better equipment. The laundry room machines require cleaning more often. Having a dishwasher installed would be amazing.

Apartment is nice and peaceful. My only complaint about this whole property is the parking. Although the signs say all visitors must park down by the pool or will be towed that is not the case at all. Instead half of the parking lot is full of people who do not live here and I have to park down by the pool. If it's not the visitors taking all the parking spots then it's broke down vehicles sitting in the good parking spots for months now. Like I said this is my only complaint. Everything else I love and enjoy my peaceful "home" and staff is great!

Really enjoying the place with family. A good place to call home. it is very spacious and roomy, i enjoy coming home from work and spending time with the kids in the living room watching tv.

I really love how the community feels tucked away and out of the midst of the hustle and bustle while still being so close to The Metropolitan area.

I've really loved living here in this community. It is nice and quiet, the maintenance man comes and fixes things very quickly, I feel communication is top tier as well. I love my apartment, and the neighborhood is very nice And I feel is a great place to be raising my babies. I hope to renew my lease whenever my current one is up, I'd love to stay here!

Overall the community is quiet and family centered. The dog park is little small. There is a playground for the kiddos. The pool is nice in the summer. There’s a couple grills. Over all not a bad place.

Been living there for about 3 months. So far the experience has been wonderful. Couple maintenance issues and the parking's kind of hectic. But other than that I love the apartment and the neighborhood's great. Very convenient close to stores

The move in process was very nice and smooth transition. The staff in the office and maintenance team very helpful, nice and handle any issues in timely manner.

The complex can get dirty and cleaned up so fast by our maintenance. Crystal keeps us informed about what going on. I like that they do inforce the rules.

Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful that I have spoken to. This is the very first time I've had my first apartment and my experience so far has been wonderful.

For the most party this community is quiet and safe. No break-ins, violence, or damages to vehicle since I've been living here. The only issue is the waterbugs and knats and sometimes spiders They're manageable but its still sucks to see one every once in a while. I think the doors should be repaired. Everyone door seem to have cracks to the outside all around the door. And open space in the kitchen under the cabinets but overall I enjoy being here because its quiet but don't think I will stay long-term.

My apartment and the community here are clean, orderly, and well taken care of. Crystal is friendly and helpful, and made the move-in process simple, intuitive and easy to navigate. Despite the fact that I was moving from out of state and had never seen the place in person before signing the lease, I found nothing but pleasant surprises upon my arrival. This community is a hidden gem, and I have only good things to say about it.

This is a Nice quiet community and they are fast with the maintenance work orders once you notify them of something needing to be fixed . Also they have good customer service .

It's a very nice place. Apartment's great. It's quiet around here except for a few nice pool. Nice gym, the washing machines. The new washing machines are kind of iffy. It's like they don't fill up with enough water and the clothes are always still dry when they come out. Other than that, great

I am still very comforted and impressed by the community. It’s a quaint little place with a surprising price. A great little nook while we battle this horrid economy.

I recently just moved in and have been completely satisfied in all aspects. The process was super easy and hassle free. The office manager is very helpful and so NICE! My apartment was very nice and only needed a few small maintenance issues. I was very pleased at how quick they were to get the issues resolved! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! I have zero complaints

My stay here so far has been amazing. I have had no issues with my neighbors or the community as a whole . And the one maintenance request I put in it was done correctly and completed in a timely manner.

I enjoy the space. And it's not congested. For the most part it's a quit neighborhood. The lawn is well kept. There is no stray animals roaming the neighborhood so I do feel safe.

So friendly and professional. Very efficient and straight to the point. Property is beautiful as well. They’re very accommodating as well so give them a try you won’t regret it!

Finally found a 3 bedroom. Crystal was awesome in helping me get off base and into a quiet community. It's so crazy having so much space!

I’ve been here now for 3 years and the property has improved tremendously with the new management. Very quiet place to live no problems whatsoever. Staff is Outstanding.

I’m really happy since I’ve been here. I've got two small children and there is a great playground for them to play in. I do wish that there was a bench for me to sit while I’m down there but the manager says they should be putting one in soon. My apartment is a 3 bedroom...the rooms are spacious and I have plenty of closet space to organize the kids clothes. The wood floors are great and so easy for me to clean up behind the kids. The only part of the house with carpet is the bedrooms which I don’t mind since they are new anyway.

The apartment was renovated before I moved in which is a big plus since I didn’t see many other apartments w that when I was looking. It’s also not far from shopping centers and restaurants so there’s some stuff to do since I’m not from Fayetteville. I enjoy the look of the area, it feels homey
