Ratings & Reviews

Rated 2.7 out of 5?by 6 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5?by Disappointing... ...That sums up these apartments - disappointing. These apartments look great from the outside, seem great during the tour even, the renting office staff is very pleasant during the initial stages, but once you move in, disappointment sets in. The soundproofing is extremely poor - the other reviewers are not exaggerating this point at all. And hopefully you never need anything fixed in your apartment because not only does it take forever, but if you even think of calling to check on things, you'll be treated like the enemy. The office staff is not helpful or friendly unless it's to outsiders. I've lived in my share of apartments both good and not so good and this is by far the most disappointing of them all. Really think twice about how much you want to know about your neighbors through the walls - because you'll know and hear it all. And I hope you like your walls shaking because the doors slam easily and you feel it. The quality of everything in the apartments also feels cheap really making the value of these terrible compared to other similar complexes. They had a real shot at making some very nice apartments in a nice area, but missed the mark by a mile. February 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!!! Do not let these apartments fool you! New construction may sound appealing but with these apartments run away as fast as you can! There is no insulation in the walls or sound barriers. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I mean everything! We gave our 60 day notice as soon as we could and are counting down the days till we get to move out. Hearing your neighbors every move is bad enough but we are surrounded by neighbors with barking dogs and a large family with screaming children underneath us. Don't let me forget to mention the landlord for this location is extremely rude and could not care less with any issues or concerns you may have. I cannot stress enough how terrible our experience has been here. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else. If I could I would give this apartment 0 stars. February 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Nina was exceptional! Cari was very helpful and knowledgeable We are extremely excited to move in. Beautiful apartments. Can't wait to see how good the complex will look when construciton is finished. July 24, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by After your $$$$$$ If you are looking for a nice QUIET place to live, this is not the place. I can hear my upstairs neighbor doing everything.Cooking ,Cleaning,Talking and so on. If you have a dog (pet friendly) you have to bring your beloved dog to the field behind the complex because the whole place is a mud hole! Don't let the pictures fool you. I am paying for a luxurios apartment so they say but I cant wait until my lease is up so I can get out here. April 19, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by PAPER THIN WALLS! I moved into French Garden Estates Dec 1 2012(after losing house of 5 yrs to cancer treatment/financials). While I really like my apartment I am very disappointed on the ability to hear conversations from my upstairs neighbors, walking around of them and chores being done. In 2012 and NEW construction this should not be an issue. Not happy as I need my rest and quiet to gain my health back. Also, it took 3 weeks before someone addressed concerns in apartment. Rated 5 out of 5?by Excellent living! I just moved in on October 2nd. I love this apartment - quiet, serene surroundings and every luxury amenty I could ask for. The manager is very professional and wastes no time dealing with any requests. She is very upbeat and does her job well. I recently had one of my brothers visit me here and he was very impressed with my apartment. This is definitely the best place I have ever lived! November 7, 2012
