Rated 1 out of 5?by Mud Pit Apts After your $$$$$$ If you are looking for a nice QUIET place to live, this is not the place. I can hear my upstairs neighbor doing everything.Cooking ,Cleaning,Talking and so on. If you have a dog (pet friendly) you have to bring your beloved dog to the field behind the complex because the whole place is a mud hole! Don't let the pictures fool you. I am paying for a luxurios apartment so they say but I cant wait until my lease is up so I can get out here. April 19, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Lisa777 PAPER THIN WALLS! I moved into French Garden Estates Dec 1 2012(after losing house of 5 yrs to cancer treatment/financials). While I really like my apartment I am very disappointed on the ability to hear conversations from my upstairs neighbors, walking around of them and chores being done. In 2012 and NEW construction this should not be an issue. Not happy as I need my rest and quiet to gain my health back. Also, it took 3 weeks before someone addressed concerns in apartment. Rated 5 out of 5?by Danjam Excellent living! I just moved in on October 2nd. I love this apartment - quiet, serene surroundings and every luxury amenty I could ask for. The manager is very professional and wastes no time dealing with any requests. She is very upbeat and does her job well. I recently had one of my brothers visit me here and he was very impressed with my apartment. This is definitely the best place I have ever lived! November 7, 2012
