Recently we visited this community, and the staff is extremely friendly. The apartments were built in 3 different phases, 1960, 1980 and 2000, so there are some 2 bedrooms that are more pricy than 3 bedrooms, but that is do to new features such as skylights, detached garages and vaulted ceilings. All units come with parking in front of the specified unit, and all have patios, which is great for summer BBQ fun. Overall, price pointing is great anywhere from 900 to 1200.The Sandpiper complex is relatively easy to get to from I215 off 2000E exit. It is on Van winkle, and 1300 East, so close enough to amenities.
Community has 4 pools, 1 being turned into a splash-pad for children, and soon they are moving the leasing office, and the current building of the leasing office is going to be made into a workout room.
