Rated 2 out of 5?by stacey DO NOT LIVE HERE The prices are too high for what you are going to receive. I will admit the location is great. There is usually plenty of parking and never a problem with that. However, the lady that runs this property is so full of herself, not helpful, and if you have a problem about something regarding Grandon Manor she gets defensive and is not very willing to fix the problem. They have pet policies but they're not enforced. There are pitbulls and larger dogs all around the complex. People who live here just throw cigarettes wherever and it looks trashy. There are constant parties and noise disturbances. If you have a problem with anyone living near you don't expect Grandon Manor to do anything about it. The appliances and apartments in general are getting older. The apartments are not secure. It's easy to break into the balcony windows. I can't wait until my contract ends. May 8, 2013
