Rated 2 out of 5?by Great Except... I have been living here for about 4 months now, and my overall experience has been a little less than satisfactory. The apartments location is ideal for most. Conveniently placed near grocery and retail outlets. The management is great, and the residents, even greater. Relatively low pricing, and spacious layouts, however, the overall infrastructure of the apartments is poor and the service providers, even more so to say the least. The water in my current apartment has been out more than 3 times/month and for more than an hour each time. I have had the ISP, suddenlink (which is another horror story that residents are stuck with) out here 4-6 times to perform infrastructural repairs to restore connectivity. The apartments maintenance is very poor, even upon moving in, i had a list of repairs, longer than most can count, in which only a few items have actually been addressed, some issues including pre broken blinds, broken cabinets, faucets with no hot water, a tremendous leak in the A/C unit which almost cost me a $2k+ TV/equipment, and a Huge gap in the back door which skyrocketed the electric bill. We have had to have them repair, or rather rig, the A/C 2-4 times as well. I am not suggesting for any one to shy away from becoming a resident because i have had a very unpleasant encounter, but i am advising you to be cautious before you jump on the deals. March 4, 2013
