Everyone tried to warn me previously to me moving in?I have so many issues I can?t put in a small summary ( so I will try and sum up.) I was lured in under the fact they were under new owners and supposedly renovating. Renovating turned out to be a lie, they rather removed fifty year old appliance and replaced with very cheap appliances and stained cabinets and put down new carpet?so they made the place look decent. However, they fail to disclose to you that they don?t believe in fixing anything correctly nor taking the time to make space insulated so you end up with a headache and OUTRAGEOUS MLGW BILLS THEY CAN EXCEED RENT AMOUNT FOR ELECTRICITY ONLY!!! Please know?they have a high turn over?.people move in and right on out!!! I wish I listen to others. 1. Doors don?t fit properly?air & bugs come straight through with np. 2. Poorly done duct work held up with duct tape. 3. Electricity bills in excess of 300 (without a TV being plugged in & thermostat does not go above 68.) Could go on and on how conservative I am on energy. 4. Complaints warrant no response from property mgmt. 5. Improper insulation 6. No regard for renters once lease is signed. 7. Heating and Cooling is not even throughout house?in a townhome and downstairs gets no heat in winter! 8. Could go on and on and on! Anyone you talk to will report same issues! February 20, 2013
