Rated 1 out of 5?by T7140 Limited Experience In Housing Rental Industry No security; Children uncontrolled; Pick & choose what they want to enforce; Not clear what's in lease because they don't give you one. Do not process rent checks in a timely manner. Always giving out rent penalty notices because they don't process them on time. Leave personal notes on doors instead of mailbox. Change the staff and maybe these things will get fixed. I've seen enough. April 25, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by laPaztora Surprisingly Beautiful & Spacious! These apartments are beautiful, remodeled/new, spacious, living spaces with great natural light and convenient appliances. The only two things that deterred me from the property were the lack of a washer/dryer in the unit and the annual income limitation, which for me were big deterrents. If you make more than a certain standard annual income, then you are not eligible to rent. These stipulations seem to work well for lower income families, but not for young single professionals looking for affordable housing in the city. Now the city could use to do more reno/remodel buildings for young single professionals seeking residence in the city that doesn't cost a fortune to rent. November 6, 2012
