Rated 4 out of 5?by lalaorange My Review I really like living here but there are a few things that I really don't like........... 1) Parking: Each building has its own parking. There is also overflow parking for when people have guests over. The thing that I have to say about this is that there are people from other buildings that park in our spots. There have been several time where I could not get parking in front of my building and had to park in overflow. This is really inconvenient. I have mentioned this to the office staff several times and they never do anything about it. 2) Pets are awesome. I have a dog myself. The thing I have to say about this is that other dog owners need to be responsible and pick up after their dogs. I have also mentioned this to the office staff and they said that if I didn't know who was doing it, then there was nothing they could do. 3) This comment is also about pets. In the lease agreement, it states that there is to be no outdoor cats, yet there are tenants that have them. I have nothing against having pets, but I believe people need to abide by the lease agreement. If I try to abide by it, then I feel that everybody else should too. I feel that the office staff knows about this and, again, do nothing about it. April 11, 2013

I actually arranged everything from a remote location for this Town home/ duplex, and was greatly assisted by the staff in getting deposits set up, Cable ( they let the guy in). They also came in Saturday ( not a normal business day for them) to get me installed in my town house. Rent is reasonable, and they are pet friendly. All in all, very satisfied. January 19, 2013
