Rated 2 out of 5?by Meadowbrook Garden Apartments The apartments that were being upgraded were very nice. However, the outside of the development lacks attention. That needs be upgraded and taken care of. The application fee of $300.00 is way over priced! The rent is very pricey, you pay everything yourself.....heat, water bill, etc. If the outside was more curb appealing I would have considered this development. April 18, 2013
