The leasing agent was helpful and friendly. However, I preferred a spacious floorplan with W/D Conns. So I decided to rent a different apartment. June 7, 2013

Old Monterey is an outstanding value in a nice central location in Springfield, MO making in convenient to shopping in a very good school district. The staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions and the grounds are kept immaculate. May 11, 2013
