Controlled entries are semi-private with only six doors each. Door buzzers, intercom and door opener. Two underground parking garages (for an additional fee and when available). Please call leasing office for details. Every apartment has windows in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and dining room. Each also has windows on at least two sides of the apartment for a killer cross breeze. Hardwood floors, updated kitchens and bathrooms. 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. We have full-time maintenance during the day and 24 hour emergency maintenance after hours. Heat, water and waste removal are included in rent and each apartment comes with a storage space in the basement. Tenants are responsible for cooking gas and electricity.
