Rated 1 out of 5?by Very rude staff and Maintenance at Cedar Lake Side, Little Canada, MN 55117. I would not recommend anyone to live here. I am also very disappointed in the management. They are slow to resolve problems and extremely quick to point fingers. I think that a lot of us in this complex have general complaints and concerns, and the management is very quick to find a resident to blame. There is no working with them in resolving problems, because they are always right, and you are wrong. If you get a new car, you have to pay for a new sticker, if you misplace your parking pass and need a temporary one, you have to pay a great deal of money to get a piece of paper to hang in your guests car. It is outrageous. Again, I would not recommend anyone to live here. If you don't mind paying a lot of money for the decent space, but get no piece and quiet ever, then expect to get blamed for things and expect that nothing you request will ever be done, even when it goes all the way up to the regional manager.
