I have been a resident for 4 years and can say the upgrades that have been made over the past year really improved the appearance. The price may seem a little high compared to other complexes but you will get your moneys worth. The units are beautiful, some have a GREAT view of the neighboring lake. I would recommend moving here. The only issue I have had is with the swimming pools. It seems like every year either the indoor or outdoor pool closes for some reason. That is the only pitfall here.
