Rated 1 out of 5?by Wont happen again. Me and my wife lived in one of their one bedroom apartments a little while back. It was our first home together and we had "its new" eyes for everything about it. It seemed flawless. Then we lived there for a while. Cracks in the walls became noticeable, the low quality of the appliances(as one by one they began to break down and have problems), and i dont know if maybe we just got lucky or what but half of our floor was unlevel with the rest of the building. With the exception of one of the office staff, the management team was less than welcoming or "on the ball". The best part of the experience there was the privacy, the quietness, the location, and the price(which has since gone up). If you need something cheap and fast this could be for you. If you can afford better, I'd suggest it. Not worth the fallout. May 17, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by Not worth your time The office will make it all look all pretty for you and make it sound about how great they are. They deff. are not. The halls stink, people do not clean up after their animals, and when you ask to be able to get out of your lease they always tell you it isn't possible but people are constantly moving in and out of this place. Then throughout the night people are yelling and blasting music even in the middle of winter! Also, they have been raising their rent. March 12, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Horrible! Do not move here. It takes them 6 months to do anythng! If they even do it. We went 1 whole month without water just because they didnt want to fix it, thats 12 units without water! There is tons of noice all the time. Just not worth it! February 3, 2013
