Rated 3 out of 5?by WoodleyResident This apartment community is fine, but don't expect too much. The management of this property leaves a lot to be desired. The office assistant is great, but the assistant manager and manager do not value their residents. Amenities are not impressive. Expect your rent to increase about at least $50/year regardless of the market. Maintenance staff is great, but getting the building managers to allow them to do the work that is needed is a struggle. It will take multiple phone calls and work orders to get them to fix anything in your apartment. March 14, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by v8drinker A Gem of a Find! Connecticut Plaza is an amazing find in a prime location. Rent is reasonable (especially compared to market averages). This is surprising only because management is extremely responsive and the range of amenities offered is significantly greater than what is offered by nearby options. The apartments are well laid out including large closets and well-lit kitchens. Over the years I've been here, Connecticut Plaza has kept my apartment up to date, modernizing my kitchen and living room. The gym contains cardio equipment, nautilus machines, free weights, and functional training equipment. The machines in the laundry room are kept in clean, working order. I?ve never had a maintenance request take more than 1-2 days for resolution. There?s a locked bike storage room November 16, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5?by Susanita 5 years at Connecticut Plaza I have lived at Connecticut Plaza for 5 years (and before I moved to the UK, lived there for about 6 months). This is such a lovely property- clean, friendly staff and the management team is very responsive on property or apartment improvements. It is my home and love it. Yes, the zoo can be busy and Connecticut Ave can be noisy, but it is a safe and very convenient place to live. Shopping, restaurants, Metro and great places to walk (Rock Creek Park, the Cathedral and Zoo). November 16, 2012
