Located about seven miles southeast of Downtown Washington, DC, Congress Heights is a historic neighborhood experiencing revitalization. The neighborhood is home to the historic Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital and the US Coast Guard headquarters. Great Staff

I have been living here for almost two years, and I would have to say I had NO problems. The staff was very efficient and have been very professional and always made sure that my daughter and I were well taken care of. Any and ALL requests that were made, were always taken care of in a timely fashion, as the customer service was always a priority. If I wasn't leaving due to job relocation I would still be here!

Rodent infested

Rodent infested. Maintenance do not do repairs. Community is a dump

We do have regularly scheduled pest control service the community. We ask that residents let us know should they need extra service. Should you have any open work orders please email us at info@vestacorp.com and we will have maintenance come out to fix the issue.

Nice place

I lived here in 2012 and it was a nice place to live tiger mart grocery store and laundromat right across the street and Eastover shopping center three blocks away with the giant grocery store I didn’t have mice or roaches
