Rated 1 out of 5?by Company is evil Company is evil. I needed an apartment quickly, and on the website it said one was available March 1. Once I called, that turned into March 16, and after I had put down my deposit, March 21. Additionally, no one had told me it would cost $65 per month to park my car. At this point I decided on another place that was available immediately, but Block 2 told me my $350 deposit was non-refundable! I can understand the application fee, but they basically stole my money since they took my $350 for absolutely nothing! I was in this situation once before and my money was promptly refunded by a company that had ethics. Capitalism at its best - a company taking advantage of people who live in apartments because they can't afford houses! March 5, 2013
