Rated 1 out of 5?by disappointed resident Not Recommended Current resident at Encacntada. The staff is very rude, apartments are cheap and when things break they never really get fixed. We found cockroaches our first night in the apartment. The heated pool is false advertisement. May 1, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Disatisfied06 Worst Leasing Experience Ever! I lived in this community for what can only be described as nine months of agony. Anything that maintenance claimed to have fixed, broke shortly thereafter. The two female leasing agents were not only unhelpful in resolving my issues with the property, they were rude and on one instance personally insulted me. I was then referred to their corporate office and received the run around with my issues still unresolved at the end of the day. If you want a consistent and expensive headache, then by all means select this as your next apartment home. March 21, 2013
