Rated 5 out of 5?by Great Place My fianc? and I looked at A LOT of places before choosing this place. I read the previous reviews, and while I did not live here while it was under prior management, I have zero complaints with the current management. The staff has gone out of their way to help and are always very nice. The property is kept clean and well maintained. I have no complaints on noise. I have not seen any kids running around and I have not heard them; even at the pool. Everyone that we have passed by has been very polite and extends a greeting. Parking is a slight issue, but not as terrible as some has made it seem, but then again I don't mind actually having to walk a little. I live in an apartment; I don't expect to have parking at my front door. However, if that is something you want, you can pay $50 a month to have your own personal garage right next to your apartment. I love the gas stove, dryer, and water heater. And I love that they don't nickel and dime you for everything like MANY (Mark Taylor) apartments do. I would (and have) highly recommend anyone to check this place out and compare it to all of the other apartments around. Oh, and the location is fantastic!! November 11, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5?by 2 years later, still love it here Seems the only ratings here are people that didn't like it, but even though I didn't love when it was sold to Pillar, I haven't had much of a problem. The office staff are all nice, but they kind of all seem like its the first day on the job, so that can be frustrating. But they didn't have a close enough parking spot for me, so they gave me a close garage for the same price, which was super nice. Any maintenance that is needed happens within 24 hours, and I got free carpet cleaning for re-signing my lease. SUCH perfect location too. Would totally recommend this place to anyone. Rated 1 out of 5?by Don't be fooled by the pool! This place is terrible. I agree 100% with the run don't walk comment. Staff is horrible. I wish I would have gotten out of my lease when they offered me a chance with no penalty. The only thing this place has going for itself is the pool. But don't be fooled, here is a list of some of the problems I have had to deal with: Scorpions, (chandler regional wanted $83,000 for the anti venom shot) ouch! Have to shake my lights to get them to turn on. Called it in twice and still haven't fixed it. Super noisy, live above the garage and your guaranteed not to get any sleep. Also, for some reason the neighborhood kids have turned this place into a skate park. The dog s... aroma is bound to make anyone feel nauseous. Good luck finding a parking spot at night! You think I am kidding, ask anyone walking around and they will tell you this place has huge parking problem. Save your money, look elsewhere. January 8, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Run Don't walk away from here Well lets say this place was the best for 2.5 years then it got sold to pillar and it has become a dump the hot tub and pool have tiles falling off the parking is the worst and the office does nothing if people park in others paid for spot. the halls went from spotless to stained and dirty. The office staff treats you like dirt was told by one that would not talk to me any longer as they have a new customer to show around and my issues are less then important. The people who now move here have gone down the cops spend lots of time here and the noise has gotten so bad that it is like living in Tempe on mill ave Over all for what we pay this is way over priced looks good on the outside but no service anymore November 21, 2012
