Don’t bother renting here. The $100 you might save isn’t worth the headache of dealing with the leasing office. They’re consistently rude, unprofessional, and lack even the basics of customer service. Look at the other one-star reviews, and you’ll see the pattern. I didn’t listen, but I should have. The maintenance team is great, but unfortunately, the leasing office completely undermines the experience.

There is nothing luxury about this apartment. I don’t write reviews, but Zone has been the worst, most rundown apartment I’ve ever lived in. The apartment you get is nothing like the one you tour. Every time it rained, water leaked through the roof into our apartment. This went on for about three months, requiring multiple repairs that took forever to complete. Despite the ongoing issues, they wouldn’t move us to another unit. Multiple vendors had to be called in to fix the problem, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, my packages were stolen several times. -Management: The management is terrible—unfriendly and unhelpful. They don’t seem to care about any concerns you bring to them. Noise complaints are ignored, and the property is poorly maintained. They’re quick to charge you for anything they can. -Amenities: Aside from the gym, nothing is worth the amenity fee. If your trash doesn’t meet their specific requirements, like not being tied properly or being too heavy, you’ll get a $50 fee added to your rent, and you’ll still have to throw it out yourself. Got lights on your patio? That’s another $90. If you don’t pay for an Amazon locker, your package will be sent back to the USPS, and you’ll have to drive 20 minutes to pick it up. These should be included in the amenities, not charged as extras. -Maintenance: Maintenance staff is okay, but they work quickly rather than thoroughly. The walls looked like they were hastily painted. We had to call maintenance multiple times right after moving in for things that should’ve been fixed beforehand. The bug problem is severe—stock up on RAID. Multiple units have water leaks, and dog poop is everywhere. Parking: Parking is a nightmare. There’s no assigned parking, so it’s first-come, first-served. Finding a spot is nearly impossible, which forces many to pay extra for garages. The parking situation alone will drive you crazy. -Moving Out: My entire lease term here was disappointing and uncomfortable. They don’t tell you about the “standard” sanitation fee, supposedly for cleaning between tenants. We cleaned the apartment thoroughly, yet they still deducted $167 from our deposit for a cleaning fee. Cleaning was pointless. I wish I had read the reviews before signing the lease.

Overall it's a great spot. Lots of activities to do in the immediate area and plenty of others within 20-30 minutes. Close to Phoenix for work purposes.

Very calm and quiet community. Very clean and beautiful amenities. Maintenance is very responsive, the office staff are very helpful as well. No issues as all. My only complaint is the parking is unassigned, which is a very minimal complaint. It’s just inconvenient sometimes to not have a dedicated assigned parking spot. Other than that 10/10 would recommend.

This is not a "luxury" apartment complex, it is like most other apartment complexes around the greater Phoenix area. Do not move here if are expecting high end finishes, a quiet complex or if you want to use the amenities outside of the normal business hours of the leasing office.

Property is not clean. Excess furniture constantly in the back trash area for weeks at a time. Front Patios, windows, doors and staircases need to be cleaned or repainted. Not a good look entering a nice apartment

I did love this apartment complex until I renewed my lease. I signed a year lease after my 1st year of living at this apt and they raised my rent by $270. That is not the problem. The problem is I am set up on autopay on their billing system and I did not know I had to raise the autopay amount due to no one advised me of this. The full amount was not paid and my bad I should have noticed this but I did not. Well no one called or sent an email of this until July 15 and they slapped on $240 of late fees. It was a simple mistake/misunderstanding and they were not sympathetic or caring about the matter at all and the worst part is they refused to waive the fee. They do not care about their tenants in the least that is why I am heartbroken. Thankfully I have the money to pay but what if I was struggling like so many people are right now? I know it is a business but I have always paid my rent on time and have never given them an ounce of trouble and this is how I am treated. It is just so upsetting.

When I come to the clubhouse, I look forward to seeing Lexi. She is so attentive and knowledgeable of the Zone apartments. When we first moved here, we explained how we desired an immediate move in date. She called their sister location, Zone Luxe and they gave us a tour for an apartment. However, they did not have the resort look like the Zone so we waited the extra 4 days to move into the Zone. It has been an absolutely luxurious pleasure. We are always greeted by Lexi when we enter the clubhouse. Not to mention the many events that occur monthly. Lexi is apart of the new staff and is so personable, I like to feel like her favorite tenant, LOL!! I would definitely recommend this place because of the quality living and convenience. I have seen plenty of the rentals in the area and this to me is the best.

I legit just moved to The Zone from California. 43 years of my life next to the Ocean......and now I'm here. The Zone is sooooooooooo cooooool that I may actually renew my lease! By the way, I'm a gypsy. I move every year somewhere new. If IIIIIIIIII want to stay hereeeeee then that's a very high review y'all. The staff are courteous and kind and real and truthful. They actually CARE guys! <3 Yeah. 100% Move here. Do the short term lease option, or commit to the full term lease options. Did I mention the bomb pool with the freaking fountain spouts into the pool? Or the BBQs always ready to go? (Huge, top of the line). Or the Beer taps on site at the pool? Ummmmm yeahhhh. My family is super picky. I gave each and every one of them a tour of The Zone. You know why? Because I'm proud, and wanted to flex on them. Yeah. It's that cool. Did I also mention I finally got my dream kitchen???? Yeah, black and chrome, brand new appliances. And when I saw I had an in unit washer dryer -- full size -- I literally wept you guys. I'm not paid to say all this. This is from my heart and soul. I am a Californian that left the Ocean to support her family in AZ. I needed a safe place to call Home. The Zone provides that for me. lived here 2018-2019 the rent was reasonable now it is $ 400 more a month according to apartments.com for the same apt . ridiculous even if they did upgrade the apt. and somehow the square footage of the Apt has increased . I had to buy out my lease because of an infestation that the management would not Acknowledge. The only positive thing here is they do not run out parking spaces so you too can spend half a months pay in your rent.

This community is not safe. We have lived here for seven months and have had 10 mailbox keys because of every time the mail has been broken in to. We have lost tons of money from things stolen from our mailbox, from our doorstep, and from our closed in patio area. We have talked to management, community managers, police, etc. the apartment says they’re doing something about it as they have cameras but still are not securing our belongings and making us feel safe in any way. They stated there’s multiple different people stealing. So even if they catch them this will continue to happen! In fact, a few times it happened and they didn’t even notify us until they finally emailed after like the 5th time. They were going to go on and pretend it didn’t happen! The gates are always open and it is not safe. There’s kids smoking marijuana by the pool at night. People leave their dog poop all over the place and not required to clean up after themselves. Overall this place has been terrible based on what we pay for rent and the area that was suppose to be safe.

I used to live at Courtney Vista 2 years ago. I had to move due to personal issues but now I am going to move back! I absolutely loved living there. Maintenance was great, as well as the front office staff! Very close to Westgate and other fun things to do! I highly recommend. :)

Multiple instances of theft all over the parking lot. Management does nothing. My car was broken in to TWICE, a neighbors car had it's tires stripped, and another neighbor's car was broken in to as well Front gates are always breaking and take weeks to fix. Cupboards in the kitchen fall of the hinges all the time. Garbage disposal is constantly breaking. Neighbors are loud and the walls are paper thin. Front management deals with problems by becoming dismissive and passive aggressive. Just this week I have been dealing with a wasp problem. There are wasp inside of my apartment. INSIDE. I let the front office know and they informed me they would have pest control and maintenance out in A WEEK. A WEEK of living with wasps INSIDE my apartment. I went to the front office because I was so fed up with everything that has transpired in the last couple of months. I was speaking with one staff member, a girl with long blonde hair, for the five minutes we spoke she rolled her eyes, cut me off, dismissed my concerns, and at one point even tried to argue with me and say I had never expressed any concerns to them before even though she is the exact person I spoke to after the car out front had it's tires stripped. these people do not care about their residents, they have no interest in solving any problems in a timely fashion, and do not care what kind of living situation they leave you in. the gym is a joke- equipment is always broken or occupied by people that oddest leave here and if you could imagine, management does NOTHING to deal with this issue. do NOT move in to any pillar community apartments, especially this one.

This complex location is perfect for a working professional.Unfortunately, the complex can improve in communication with residents about pool closings, grill use and auto pay features. The office personnel often provide different information that can be misguiding and frustrating to working professionals. The master bedrooms are spacious but, many areas in the apartment have carpet. Updates to the kitchen, hallway and bathroom connecting areas should be done to remove carpet to give it more of a modern family friendly feel.

I have lived here for 2 years. The property is always in great shape. The staff is great, I can not say enough about how kind and professional. It's a great value for the money, close to everything. Now you can't please everyone we all know this but we have lived here for almost a year now, the staff is always on top of any issues we might have. If something can't be handled immediately they will get it dine in a timely manner. We go over to the office often as my boys like to get treats after school. The office staff Is so friendly and nice to us. it's hard to think about living anywhere else. We plan on being around awhile as it feel like home.

This is by far one of the best apartment complexes to live in. It's location gives this area a secluded feel and the buildings pleasing aesthetics brings about a cozy atmosphere. Across the street you have the Westgate District that provides you with movies, an outlet mall, restaurants, and bars. And if you're a sports fan, you have access to Cardinal Stadium and the Jobing.com arena all within a miles walk from the front gate. Also, there's an abundance of groceries stores just north and south of here that provide. You have everything you need within a couple miles and a drive to Phoenix is only 15 minutes away. You're close to everything and away all at the same time.

This complex has proven to be great for my first apartment. I'm 22, and when I was finally ready to take that leap I did a lot of research. The location is awesome, my floor plan is super cozy, and the price is very reasonable especially in comparison to some of the surrounding complexes that require your apartment come with a garage. I was a little leery that their parking is not assigned, but I've found that there is truly a lot of parking and have never had an issue finding a covered space close to my place. The basketball court was shut down for a while which was a little disappointing as my boyfriend really likes to play, but now it's back up. Other than that I really haven't had any issues. The office staff is super friendly and their grounds people are nice too. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This apartment complex is perhaps one of the best located complexes in the Glendale, AZ area. If you love sports, great food, and entertainment every weekend then this is the place for you. Within a quick walk you can be in the Westgate area cheering on our Arizona Coyotes or Arizona Cardinals without having to worry about parking. Tons of concerts and other events all year round if sports aren't your thing. With the addition of Dave and Busters and the new Diamond Casino and resort there is no shortage of things to do within walking distance. On top of being in a great location the staff at the complex are perhaps the nicest people we have ever rented from. Always helpful with whatever you may need. The apartments are nice clean and give you the feeling of living in luxury without the insane prices of other complexes. There is a full pool with outdoor gas grills which we use all year round because of the great weather here in Arizona. They also have playgrounds spread throughout the complex which are always occupied by many kids from throughout the complex. I have nothing but praise for this location. It makes life a little easier when you live in such an amazing place. I would recommend this complex to anyone who loves to be close to home with endless possibilities of things to do.

I have been at Courtney vista for a long time and management had changed several times. The most recent manager "Gina", is horrible she will look you straight in the face and lie directly to your face. She puts on a smile and condescendingly speaks down to you. I chose to live there because of the leading staff but after dealing with her I know I've made the wrong choice. Pillar seriously needs to reconsider who they hire to be the face of their company

Initially this apartment complex looks great, and the apartments seem nice. Things changed for me the day I moved in though. The leasing agents gave me incorrect information about the deposits and fees you have to give them on the day you move in which left me scrambling for the correct funds. Since that day things did not get better; they have "lost" several of my packages at this point. My first months rent was also messed up. Your rent and your water/trash/sewage are supposed to be billed together, and you can pay them in one transaction. This was not the case my first month, and there was no way for me to know because I had paid everything that showed up online. Nearly three weeks went by, and then I got a call saying I owed them more money, and I had to meet with several people before they would even tell me what it was that I owed them for. It is all very vague. I also feel that this place is severely overpriced. My friend lives directly in Phoenix, and her rent for an identical apartment is nearly 300 dollars less than mine.

I've lived in Courtney Vista Apartments for 4 years, and I just renewed my lease for a 5th year. I love the convenience of having a beautiful pool and fitness/basketball/racquet ball center on property. The property is well maintained and any problems that might arise are immediately addressed. The location is unbelievable as it's walking distance from the football stadium, the hockey arena, the outlets and Westgate. There's no better location in the West Valley. But in my opinion the best part of this community is the staff. They're professional and welcoming. The way they treat you when you come in to tour the property is the same way they treat you when you have a complaint or a maintenance issue. Every tenant is treated like they are the most important tenant, and that's what puts Courtney Vista above the other communities I've lived in. I highly recommend Courtney Vista Apartments!

I really enjoy living here. From the initial visit to 6 months into my lease, I can honestly say that this is a great place to live. I'm a huge sports fan and I work nearby so the location is perfect for me. My apartment is really nice size and I feel I pay a good price. I went to at least 9 apartments within the Glendale area and although certainly not the cheapest 2 bedroom, I feel I got a fair price. The staff is very friendly, they know me by name so I appreciate I'm not just another face to them. The repair guys are also friendly and are generally quick to fix any of my issues. The grounds are nice, I would definitely say my only negative is that the dirt from the surrounding fields tends to build up quickly especially when the wind kicks up. I see the complex is being cleaned pretty well right now as well too because they are painting, it's nice to see the management company maintaining since it was a little dated looking. Overall I'm really happy here.

I have moved from out of the state/country and did not know the area very well. I chose Courtney Vista as my number one choice because of the good distance from my job, and amenities that I wanted. From the moment I began email contact the personnel was wonderful. They still continue to be there for anything I need, and can help me find out how to get the help I need. As a single person with no support in the area it has been nice having the office staff and maintenance be attentive, helpful and friendly. I also find the neighborhood to be very friendly and safe. You will get mixed opinions from people all over the valley about the area of this neighborhood, but what I have found is that all that matters is what your opinion is. You should also consider the commute you want and what is a necessity nearby. As far as shopping, there is an outlet mall very close, and both Target and Walmart stores 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also near, and other needs are not too far, yet convenient as 101 is very accessible from the apartment location.
