Overall we enjoy living at peloton apartments and will continue to stay here for a long time to come

I’ve lived at the Peloton for 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the building, staff, community, location, etc. All staff members are friendly and courteous. They do a great job of building community by hosting events frequently in the HUB lounge, having coffee available in the office, pet of the month program, and so on. It’s a great place to live in a wonderful neighborhood!

Helpful office, excellent location of building, quiet building

The Peloton staff made my interstate move as seamless as possible and were quick to respond to anything that came up during the process. It's a great community in a great location!

It has been a great experience so far. We both love living here and have recommended it to friends. In regards to administration, maintenance, overall building upkeep we also have been very impressed to the attention to detail.

I only moved in last week, but I am already impressed! I was having an issue with my apartment's toilet, and maintenance came on a Sunday to replace it. Never have I had a property address an issue so quickly. Appreciate the help team, thank you!

Peloton Apartments is a quality complex at the gateway to North Portland. With walking access to both Williams Ave. and Mississippi Ave. the complex is a prime location for those seeking the ability to live in a walkable community and not be crammed into the center of downtown. A tidy complex with plenty of benefits and great staff, it’s a solid place to live (and work!).

I moved to Portland last year and ultimately decided to pick Peloton because of their intention to build community and the location. After almost a year living here, I am overall really glad I ended up at Peloton -- management is super friendly and attentive, the building facilities are well maintained, apartment is generally pretty quiet, there are great community spaces that residents can use/rent, and I appreciate the small things the management team does for residents and the events they put on to build community. Would definitely recommend Peloton to anyone!

Having lived here at the Peleton for almost 6 years, the community events are important and fun (loved the super bowl party). The more events, the better! I also love the fitness center and work out daily.

Peloton is a welcoming apartment complex in a lovely walkable area of North Portland. As a new resident I have been slowly settling in but the staff have helped make the process smooth. Moving from across the country I did not have an opportunity to tour the facility in person before leasing but was given plenty of digital media and information to help me make my leasing decision. I chose this area based on my many friend’s recommendations as well as online reviews. Peloton is one of the highest rated complexes in the area and that made my leasing decision for a 3000 mile move more comfortable. The complex has plenty of amenities to entertain, fiber internet, as well as a great position in the semi-urban North Portland neighborhood. Overall moving into the Peloton Apartments has been a good decision and I hope it continues to be.

We came upon Peloton when looking to tour a different property. We stopped in and the staff was immediately accommodating, which worked out, as now we are tenants.

Peloton have a prime location but also convenient apartments layouts as well as community spaces. One thing that I love about Peloton is their community spaces and the events that the management team organizes. The gym is very well equipped and they have amazing retail spaces right downstairs like NOW Yoga studio, etc. If you are looking for a beautiful and calm space to call home, I’d highly recommend Peloton.

I chose Peloton Apartments virtually sight unseen & was a bit apprehensive before moving. It's 6 months later & I don't regret it. The leasing team that includes, Parsam, Jade, Viviyane & Amber, is amazing. They manage a large building complex, but still find time to be personable, available & just downright friendly. The team goes the extra mile to even throw events together for the residents (& their pets) on a monthly basis. I moved from out of state & they managed to make me feel at home. And, as a bonus, my dog can't get enough of them...so there's that. In addition, the maintenance staff is prompt & courteous. Overall, the building is priced well for all the amenities offered & the neighborhood has several restaurants, a well stocked grocery store, & awesome dive bars close to home. Thank you to the entire team at Peloton Apartments for making this a positive experience so far.

The Peloton is a great spot close to really nice restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Lived here in 2020 and 2021 and the new manager Lesley is a nightmare to work with. No actual changes, just emails. More sounds, paper thin walls, rude staff, wrong keys at move in, three managers in one year and no one knows what's happening. Neighbors are decent and so is the gym but lots of other places offering the same thing.

Peloton Apartments have exceeded my expectations! I have never lived in an apartment where I can confidently say that I have no complaints, but I can easily say that for the Peloton. From the location, to the amenities, to the friendly staff - it really checks off all boxes for me! I have lived in quite a few apartments and this has by far been the best experience when it comes to apartment living. Very, very happy with this place I call home!

Peloton knows how to build community in a way that feels authentic and easy to be a part of, for neighbors of all ages, including our four-legged ones! Easy access to public transportation, walking distance to independently owned boutiques, public parks, restaurants and grocery stores. Great place to not just live, but thrive!

Peloton has been such a gift. Rarely do you hear apartment dwellers say the management is amazing - but truly the management is amazing! The amenities, quality of the apartment, and location are all awesome.

Living here is right in the heart of N Portland where you dont need a car at all just cam walk everywhere!

The Peloton is a great community to be a part of. The building is very nice and the staff is super friendly and attentive, they're a big reason why I've been here almost 4 years.

Clean, well-kept building with friendly and responsive staff who provide fun social events and giveaways for those who want to participate. For being on a busier street, my apartment is very quiet and I very rarely hear noise from my surrounding neighbors. A gym and covered secure parking are great perks too. It's been my favorite apartment building I've lived in after 7 years in Portland!

Moving to Portland from out of state during the COVID-19 Pendemic was scary. The staff at Peloton were great, answered all of my many questions and made me feel good about my decision to move here when I could only virtually see the space before making the move. Haven't been here for very long but am very pleased with everything so far considering all of the constraints of the pandemic.

I love the maintenance crew and cleaners, and management answers my questions when I need help.

I have lived at Peloton for a couple of months now and I love it. The access to the freeway is perfect for anyone working downtown and the neighborhood has plenty of stuff to do within walking distance. The gym, bike repair area, and access to secured package drop off are just some of my favorite features at Peloton.

I've been in Peloton for a month now and am very happy with my new unit. The staff here are very responsive and helpful, and I haven't talked with a single resident who wasn't happy here. Check it out!

Peloton is a clean and modern building that is well maintained by its staff. It has great amenities like secure parking, a gym and lockers for packages. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful with any issues. My unit has new, energy efficient appliances and great sound proofing for both the outside noise and adjoining units. Probably my favorite apartment building I've lived in in my almost ten years in Portland!

If you are looking for an apartment with a great community of tenants with fantastic cheerful, helpful management and staff in a great neighborhood then look to the Peloton. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and if not for buying a home, would have loved to continue to be part of the Peloton community. Just moved in but already this has been the most pleasant and easiest moving-in experience I've ever had! From the initial virtual tour, to logistics around a complicated move-in from out-of-state, to questions about amenities, the entire leasing office, and especially Jordan, Lisa, and Tyler, have been extraordinarily accommodating, responsive, and helpful. They even printed my CV for me when I didn't have access to a printer prior to a job interview! I can already see that this is a friendly and easy community to be a part of. Also, from a practical standpoint, sound-proofing inside the apartment seems really good so far--something we didn't expect! The apartment was spotless and pristine upon arrival as well!

Peloton is home. What we thought would be a one year living situation has turned into almost three. The community, the walkability of the neighborhood and the beautiful space to really LIVE, have helped foster a HOME for us.

The office staff was amazing and helpful with every question. They were quick to offer help when a issue arrived with parking due to one of the local businesses adding equipment that interferes with access to my car due to how I parked. The community is friendly and the area is always clean.

I enjoy living at peloton. The leasing staff are friendly, remember my name, and always have a smile on their face. The building itself is well maintained and my apartment is quiet. I like the layout of my apartment as well as the complex itself. Turning the ally way into a community space as well makes it feel like more like a community than just another block of apartments. Beautiful art installations are an added perk :)

My boyfriend and I have lived in Peloton for about 3 months and so far we love it! The location is hard to beat with amazing restaurants and bars right outside your door. Our commute into the city for work is always quick and easy! The staff has been nothing but helpful and always friendly, especially Jordan! She's always on top of things and communicative. I highly recommend Peloton!

This review is long overdue as I have lived at Peloton for 13 months. It has just been so much fun living here the time flew by fast. The Peloton is one of the best apartment buildings in Portland. They are one of the most successful apartment communities because they keep integrity sewn into the fabric of their business model which is super smart and refreshing. Believe me I have seen or contacted all of the existing or soon to be through compulsive research. Maybe I am crazy but my home and where I put my money is very important to me so I never take the hunt lightly. Peloton offers awesome amenities, a variety of spacious well thought out floor plans, luxury design details throughout all of the buildings, and the best patios in Portland. The entire staff from the leasing agents, maintenance, and management company at the top are absolutely superb. They are professional, friendly, truly care about their residents and their business as a whole. I watched the entire building fill up within months and stay that way because they offer great value, understand business loyalty, and work hard to present events that truly do build a community. If you see an opening and get the chance to live here you will not regret it. Trust me, you won't ever want to leave because not only will you have found a perfect apartment home in a hip neighborhood but a family of friends.
