When the wind blows lights goes out on 1 side of apartment where the 1 bedrooms are other side have lights. It can make you frustrated but keep that in mind right side no lights

Thank you for your review. Unfortuantely we do not have anything to do with the electrical supply company. The right side of the community is on a different grid with Entergy than the remainder. When electrical service is disrupted due to a local outage, we don't have control over which side has power or is restored quicker. Please feel free to reach out to Entergy with your electrical provider concerns. Thanks!
I enjoy living here it's clean , quite and we'll kept up.
Complex is kept very clean and maintenance is prompt.
It's affordable and a nice quiet area, close to stores and not far from I-10 which I take to get to work. I've only been here for about 3 weeks, but I like it so far.
Overall the property is a good place. However no communication from home office makes this not a professional place to do business with.
Good community. I usually keep to myself and just do my own thing. I don't really like focusing on other neighbors or what they do, not my business. Unless theirs trouble or something of a ruckus, that's when I probably step in and notify local management. I like Oakwood Village, I plan to stay a while.
