Yards at NoDa

The Staff at Yards have been so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond with any questions or assistance I have needed since moving into the complex!

Katie and the front office staff are lovely and always extremely helpful and the maintenance crew is fantastic. Our experience in two apartments within the yards at noda community has been wonderful!

My months there have been calm and neighbors are friendly very quiet and the leasing office member are excellent helpful and knowledgeable kind.

Amazing location! I love how you’re tucked away, but still in the hub of NoDa. Staff are helpful and the facility has great upkeep. I am satisfied with my room size and the amenities that are included.

Generally a nice area. Nice spacious units, well decorated exteriors and amenities. My main issue is the noise. It's warmer out and it seems like there's lawn maintenance here every day. It's crazy making. Plus the structural issue of the loud motor of the bathroom fan so whenever your downstairs neighbor turns on the light it sounds like a train idling n your bathroom. I like it here but with these issues plus the train horns I'm looking for new places to go.

The Yards at Noda feels like home! From the actual apartment, to the community within the complex, to the location within Noda it feels like home in the perfect location. Every single member of the staff is super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have loved living at the Yards at Noda. The staff here is amazing! The community is smaller which I like and prefer. My one bedroom apartment is amazing. Earlier in the year I had to move to a smaller apartment unit and they were so flexible. NoDa is an amazing area to live in, great restaurants around all walkable!

Real tired of greystar not giving enough of a budget to properly fix the gates in this community. We pay entirely too much for the gates to never work. The most recent “fix” has left them squeaking & grinding so loudly we cant sleep. I understand its expensive, but greystar, for the love of god, give the team here the budget to have them completely replaced. Other than that everything here is great - especially the green spaces and the team (Katie, Adam, Derrick (spelling?, kayleigh (spelling?), & the refuse collection team). The team and the green spaces are what makes this place the best!

Six months living here now and it’s been wonderful. Best management of any apartment complex I’ve lived in. Amenities and neighbourhood have been amazing and I’m so at home at the Yards.

Live, Laugh, Love it here! Perfect distance to Noda (like 3 minutes of walking and you're there) Community events are fun and intimate and everyone is always friendly. Its quiet, tucked in the corner of Noda. The light rail is in our backyard and is only like 5 stops into center city. Whats not to love!

Loved living here, my apartment is great and spacious the location I very convenient, that community feeling Yards has, and the dog park!! Also both maintenance and leasing team are fantastic!

The community is beautiful and well kept with great amenities. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful. Kaylie is wonderful! Floor plans are a great value and the location can't be beat.

We’ve lived here since 2020 and truly call this neighborhood home. The staff is always friendly, there are so many places to walk your dog in the community, and our clubhouse and pool are the best!

The second gate is always broken for entrance, I think it has worked maybe twice since we moved in. The main gate is open a lot of the time too. One of the pieces has been broken the whole time so you can really just go right through as long as the fence part is open (which it usually is). If we are paying to be in a “gated” community then the gates should work and stay close for non-residents. Please please please fix the gate ??

I’ve lived in multiple apartments in the huntersville Charlotte area, so far this has been the best! I have had issues in the past with management being not responsive at other apartments but that is not the case here!

The office responds quickly and kindly to any questions or concerns we have. I’ve loved living in my apartment and love living in this community!

Great complex and friendly people. Common areas always clean and maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. Love the location in Noda too

Amenities are great, love the Noda neighbourhood, and really impressed with the community events. Feels like I can have a full weekend without having to walk further than 10 minutes! Love it.

Best place to live in NODA. The property management team are so helpful and caring. They want what's best for the residents. Run great events each month. Property is clean and well maintained. Residents are very friendly. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and other places to go.

Beautiful living space, friendly neighbors, quiet private area of Noda, and awesome leasing staff. The train tracks are right next door so its sometimes loud in the middle of the night and it is a little expensive but totally worth it to be in the heart of Noda and feel as though you have a private community.

We just moved in to Yards at NoDa a week ago. We toured several different properties and chose Yards because of the beautiful green space, excellent resident reviews, nice floor plans, friendly and professional management team and general laid back / chill vibe. Also, dog friendly community. We haven’t done any of the community events yet, but it is very cool that they do events with residents each month. Our unit is beautiful and clean. There were a couple of items that needed maintenance attention (nothing major) when we moved in. Raleigh was very helpful in getting those move-in maintenance requests submitted and Adam G did an excellent job fixing everything on the maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. We already can tell we made the right choice and can’t wait to explore all that NoDa has to offer. Also, we love that Yards is close to everything walking-wise, yet tucked away enough to not be a loud community!

Amazing amenities, gorgeous layouts, right by a great stretch of NoDa but just enough of a walk away to be a place of solace after the party.

It’s been a year so far and it’s been great! Neighbors are friendly and kind. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Communication is given correctly. Events are fun and engaging.

Yards @ Noda is still a UNIQUE OASIS, even with all new buildings coming up to life. The space available at Y@N is second to none when compared with newer apartments around, both Gym and the Pool are excellent, the crew is 100%.

The Yards at NODA is a Great complex, has an amazing staff/team, & the community is unparalleled. I wish i’d found this place sooner and moved in earlier. We count ourselves lucky to be a part of this community.

Just moved into the Yards at Noda. Ever since I stepped into the leasing office, I knew I found my home. I met Raleigh who showed me around and was so warm and welcoming. This was the first place I found where the leasing agent really wanted to help me find a home and not just an apartment. The entire leasing process was easy, and Raleigh was always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease. On move in day I met Dhianny and Katie. They were also incredibly welcoming. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. The community and location is great and would highly recommend the Yards at Noda to all.

Living here for the last year has been incredible. From the living space to great staff and even fun resident events, it's a no brainer we resigned our lease for another year!

I have really enjoyed living here. Walking distance to tons of different restaurants, bars, shops and the light rail. Community is amazing and management are extremely responsive and helpful!

I have lived at Yards at Noda for four years now. I am close to everything, and still have the quiet serenity of a gated community! Staff has been amazing and tentative for all my years living here! There are amenities have even gotten upgrades! Would recommend to anyone

I love living somewhere so walkable! I also am so happy to have so much to do both at yards and in the surrounding area. Can’t wait to use the pool when it’s warm out!

A great living place, lots of space, good gym, social gathering, clean, excellent management team, friendly environment. Also, it’s located in NODA, where more and more night life pubs, restaurants and live music are opening.

Best located condo in Noda and probably in town. Lots of space, good gym, great manager and crew. But beware if you have an electric or hybrid car! There’s no electric outlet available to recharge it. Also, no washing / cleaning car spots!

Caleb and his crew work hard to make our Yards @ Noda a secure, clean and friendly place.

Everyone here has been so kind and helpful. My roommate and I needed something immediately and Caleb got us in with a breeze. Would highly suggest moving here for how quiet and friendly the community is!

I just moved in at the beginning of this month and i’ve absolutely loved my time as a resident here so far! The office and maintenance staff have been so helpful and kind, plus the amenities have been great.

I have lived at Yards for almost 4 years, through the pandemic and all. I can never say enough great things about this place and am sad I will be moving out due to my first ever home purchase! The staff goes above and beyond for all residents, they open the pool before anyone else in the area does while also keeping it clean throughout the year. They have done a ton of upgrades recently, new glass top ovens, fancy blinds, brand new dishwashers while also working to improve the exterior! We have multiple resident events every month that include your pets with BarkBox giveaways! Truly the best place I have ever lived and I will miss my apartment, the residents, and the staff come July when it’s time for me to move into my house. Don’t miss out on this gem of Noda, it’s worth every penny and feels like a big family.

Moving into the Yards at NoDa was a great choice! Caleb and Sam streamlined the whole process and made it a stress-free move! All our questions and concerns were addressed immediately & the leasing staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed in our new home! We love the apartment layout and community amenities. Our dog loves walking in the “yard” & playing in the dog park. The residents we have met are very friendly also. We love being a quick walk to coffee or delicious eats. The community is safe & secure being close enough to retail but still private and quiet. Thank you to our leasing friends at Yards at NoDa for making us feel right at home!

I’ve only been at yards at Noda for roughly 2 weeks. The unit is great, very quiet and peaceful community. Emily, Sam and Caleb greeted me with both professionalism and kindness. I was able to get a unit within 24 hours of walking into the leasing office and it was very simple to do so. This community is at a very central location and I’m glad to call this home.

The moment I stepped in the door a year ago I was treated very kindly and had my many questions answered. The entire staff is very caring and makes it feel like home.

Great apartment, safe and gates, everyone is pretty friendly I've had no issues with neighbors interacting with them.

Living at the Yards at NODA was easily the best decision I have made since moving to the area. The amenities are fantastic and the front staff are some of the most helpful, friendly, and knowledgable people I have had the pleasure to work with.

Living at Yards for the last year has been great. Very few complaints. Very homey-community vibe here and everyone gets along it seems like.

Yards at NODA is a nice place to live. It took a while to get used to the train noise but now it seems to come less often. The maintenance and the staff are so timely and friendly when it comes to repairs and other requests. Also, the convenience of living so close to entertainment is very nice. Must be ok with animals because almost everyone has a pet. Lovely pool and rec area. Young, hip, clean place to live in the middle of all the action.

Living here has been great and the maintenance team always is quick to assist and fix any issues in my apartment that may arise!
