Amazing location! I love how you’re tucked away, but still in the hub of NoDa. Staff are helpful and the facility has great upkeep. I am satisfied with my room size and the amenities that are included.

Generally a nice area. Nice spacious units, well decorated exteriors and amenities. My main issue is the noise. It's warmer out and it seems like there's lawn maintenance here every day. It's crazy making. Plus the structural issue of the loud motor of the bathroom fan so whenever your downstairs neighbor turns on the light it sounds like a train idling n your bathroom. I like it here but with these issues plus the train horns I'm looking for new places to go.

I have loved living at the Yards at Noda. The staff here is amazing! The community is smaller which I like and prefer. My one bedroom apartment is amazing. Earlier in the year I had to move to a smaller apartment unit and they were so flexible. NoDa is an amazing area to live in, great restaurants around all walkable!

Real tired of greystar not giving enough of a budget to properly fix the gates in this community. We pay entirely too much for the gates to never work. The most recent “fix” has left them squeaking & grinding so loudly we cant sleep. I understand its expensive, but greystar, for the love of god, give the team here the budget to have them completely replaced. Other than that everything here is great - especially the green spaces and the team (Katie, Adam, Derrick (spelling?, kayleigh (spelling?), & the refuse collection team). The team and the green spaces are what makes this place the best!

Live, Laugh, Love it here! Perfect distance to Noda (like 3 minutes of walking and you're there) Community events are fun and intimate and everyone is always friendly. Its quiet, tucked in the corner of Noda. The light rail is in our backyard and is only like 5 stops into center city. Whats not to love!

We’ve lived here since 2020 and truly call this neighborhood home. The staff is always friendly, there are so many places to walk your dog in the community, and our clubhouse and pool are the best!

The second gate is always broken for entrance, I think it has worked maybe twice since we moved in. The main gate is open a lot of the time too. One of the pieces has been broken the whole time so you can really just go right through as long as the fence part is open (which it usually is). I’ve lived in multiple apartments in the huntersville Charlotte area, so far this has been the best! I have had issues in the past with management being not responsive at other apartments but that is not the case here!

Amenities are great, love the Noda neighbourhood, and really impressed with the community events. Feels like I can have a full weekend without having to walk further than 10 minutes! Love it.

Best place to live in NODA. The property management team are so helpful and caring. They want what's best for the residents. Run great events each month. Property is clean and well maintained. Residents are very friendly. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and other places to go.

Beautiful living space, friendly neighbors, quiet private area of Noda, and awesome leasing staff. The train tracks are right next door so its sometimes loud in the middle of the night and it is a little expensive but totally worth it to be in the heart of Noda and feel as though you have a private community.

We just moved in to Yards at NoDa a week ago. We toured several different properties and chose Yards because of the beautiful green space, excellent resident reviews, nice floor plans, friendly and professional management team and general laid back / chill vibe. Also, dog friendly community. We haven’t done any of the community events yet, but it is very cool that they do events with residents each month. Our unit is beautiful and clean. There were a couple of items that needed maintenance attention (nothing major) when we moved in. Raleigh was very helpful in getting those move-in maintenance requests submitted and Adam G did an excellent job fixing everything on the maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. We already can tell we made the right choice and can’t wait to explore all that NoDa has to offer. Also, we love that Yards is close to everything walking-wise, yet tucked away enough to not be a loud community!

Yards @ Noda is still a UNIQUE OASIS, even with all new buildings coming up to life. The space available at Y@N is second to none when compared with newer apartments around, both Gym and the Pool are excellent, the crew is 100%.

Just moved into the Yards at Noda. Ever since I stepped into the leasing office, I knew I found my home. I met Raleigh who showed me around and was so warm and welcoming. This was the first place I found where the leasing agent really wanted to help me find a home and not just an apartment. The entire leasing process was easy, and Raleigh was always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease. On move in day I met Dhianny and Katie. They were also incredibly welcoming. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. The community and location is great and would highly recommend the Yards at Noda to all.

I have lived at Yards at Noda for four years now. I am close to everything, and still have the quiet serenity of a gated community! Staff has been amazing and tentative for all my years living here! There are amenities have even gotten upgrades! Would recommend to anyone

Best located condo in Noda and probably in town. Lots of space, good gym, great manager and crew. But beware if you have an electric or hybrid car! There’s no electric outlet available to recharge it. Also, no washing / cleaning car spots!

I have lived at Yards for almost 4 years, through the pandemic and all. I can never say enough great things about this place and am sad I will be moving out due to my first ever home purchase! The staff goes above and beyond for all residents, they open the pool before anyone else in the area does while also keeping it clean throughout the year. They have done a ton of upgrades recently, new glass top ovens, fancy blinds, brand new dishwashers while also working to improve the exterior! We have multiple resident events every month that include your pets with BarkBox giveaways! Truly the best place I have ever lived and I will miss my apartment, the residents, and the staff come July when it’s time for me to move into my house. Don’t miss out on this gem of Noda, it’s worth every penny and feels like a big family.

Moving into the Yards at NoDa was a great choice! Caleb and Sam streamlined the whole process and made it a stress-free move! All our questions and concerns were addressed immediately & the leasing staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed in our new home! We love the apartment layout and community amenities. Our dog loves walking in the “yard” & playing in the dog park. The residents we have met are very friendly also. We love being a quick walk to coffee or delicious eats. I’ve only been at yards at Noda for roughly 2 weeks. The unit is great, very quiet and peaceful community. Emily, Sam and Caleb greeted me with both professionalism and kindness. I was able to get a unit within 24 hours of walking into the leasing office and it was very simple to do so. This community is at a very central location and I’m glad to call this home.
