Surprise is a small suburban city roughly 45 minutes northwest of Phoenix. Sun City Grand Resort and numerous golf courses occupy much of the central part of the city, and White Tank Mountain Regional Park provides a great opportunity to explore the rugged Arizona landscape right outside the city limits. Surprise is also home to the spring training facilities for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, and preseason games are highly popular with locals.
The local arts scene is quite active, with orchestra concerts, ballet recitals, and art installations contributing heavily to the local culture. With Phoenix and Luke Air Force Base located nearby, Surprise is a popular spot for both military and civilian commuters.

Our move-in experience at Yardly Paradisi was smooth and stress-free. I loved how easy the digital process was, especially with the Updater app keeping everything organized. The apartment was clean, the community is beautiful, and the amenities, especially the gym, are amazing. This home is truly the upgrade we needed. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been kind and professional, and maintenance is prompt. We’re so happy to be here!
Yardly Paradisi is a nice quiet community with great amenities.
I have only been here for 7 days. The only thing I can comment on is the friendliness, professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They make you feel valued.
Yardsly paradisi has been an amazing place to live with a great management team. They have been super helpful when needed, during my time here. There has been a lot of things they do for special occasions which makes them unique and it’s just a fun living style and experience. Also, maintenance has been super helpful and I’m grateful for the timely manner that I’ve been helped when needed!

Yardly Paradisi is a very nice place to live. It has a beautiful entrance; the amenities are easy to use and kept very clean; and the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the community activities and especially the food trucks.

Quiet, clean and convenient location! Lovely property with perfect amenities. Awesome fitness room, refreshing clean pool! The dog park is such a great addition for dog owners. I moved from an apartment complex that was destroyed daily with trash all over the place, sidewalks riddled with spilled food/drinks. Graffiti on the walls, cigarette butts all over. I couldn't even walk my dog because there was filth everywhere. Tenants at Yardly seem to take pride in their home.
