Surprise is a small suburban city roughly 45 minutes northwest of Phoenix. Sun City Grand Resort and numerous golf courses occupy much of the central part of the city, and White Tank Mountain Regional Park provides a great opportunity to explore the rugged Arizona landscape right outside the city limits. Surprise is also home to the spring training facilities for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, and preseason games are highly popular with locals.

Yardly Paradisi is a nice place to live. There are plenty of amenities to add to the quality of life here including a pool and fitness center. With plush green grassy areas for people and pets to play. The staff here go above and beyond to plan fun community events and special food truck visits. It’s an ideal place to live.

Yardsly paradisi has been an amazing place to live with a great management team. They have been super helpful when needed, during my time here. Yardly Paradisi is a very nice place to live. It has a beautiful entrance; the amenities are easy to use and kept very clean; and the staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the community activities and especially the food trucks.

Quiet, clean and convenient location! Lovely property with perfect amenities. Awesome fitness room, refreshing clean pool! The dog park is such a great addition for dog owners. I moved from an apartment complex that was destroyed daily with trash all over the place, sidewalks riddled with spilled food/drinks. Graffiti on the walls, cigarette butts all over. I couldn't even walk my dog because there was filth everywhere. Tenants at Yardly seem to take pride in their home.
