DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Horrible place to live! If you want to like where you live then do not live here! Roaches and ant infestations!!! Paint peels off after two months of living here! Landscaping is just depressing to look at! If you have a car you will have no where to park it!!! If you ever need something fixed they will take forever to come fix it even if you call 10 times to remind them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Parking in general in the city of Los Angeles is extremely short and our property is not the exception. In regards to your maintenance concerns, we would appreciate it if you can call the office today to report any and all maintenance issues. Regarding pest control issues please reach out to our resident relations desk for our weekly free pest control services as well as any other common area service requests. No recomiendo este horrible lugar

Es una saco este lugar en las entradas hay excrementos por todos lados además dejan que los jóvenes tipo cholos suben en el segundo nivel a espantar a los niños porque se la pasan fumando marihuana tomando alcohol no dejan comer a gusto porque se ponen detrás de las cocinas en verdad es un asco este lugar no tienen el control me arrepiento de vivir en este lugar

Estoy apunto de mudarme ahy pero la verdad con todos estos malos comentarios que tiene esta propiedad q no porq la verdad no hay parking y aquí donde estoy actual mente viviendo tampoco hay y la verdad no quiero seguir batallando con eso y aparte quieren q uno pague agua y drenaje están locos ...

Experience has been good enough so far. Most neighbors are kind and quiet. Sad lights went out on our third day

They tricked us

Our unit has not been able to have internet since last month when we moved in, and will not be able to have internet for at least the next few weeks, due to mandatory construction on our unit. (per AT&T) Wyvernwood has locked us into this contract by enticing us with a move-in bonus, WITHOUT disclosing to us that this apartment is incapable of having internet for multiple months. Why Wyvernwood? is it because you don't want to lose out on a few months of rent? Or is it because you think people don't need internet? I hope you know there's a pandemic called COVID-19 going on, and people NEED INTERNET TO WORK FROM HOME. FYI, internet has become as mandatory as any other utility. The government just haven't made it official.. YET. I hope that day comes though, so I will never have to deal with this trickery, or negligence again. What's extra sad is we're waiting months for ancient 25 mb/s internet. Because the management refuses to register their complex with Starry Internet, who will expand to them for free.

Completed our 3rd month of lease... Actually we are satisfied with our stay here. We're glad to have found a place to live that would accept pets. In my opinion management have their hands full, this is a huge complex of about 150 buildings built during 1939 {source: internet.} The office staff have always being there to listen and do of our concerns. Parking seems to be the most of Wyvernwood Garden's problem. It's understandable many apartment units house more than one adult therefore having more than one car and parking will become scarce; it's unavoidable. In regards to Cockroaches, well this is Los Angeles, it's common to see such a pesky insect. In lower parts of the city Rodents are also a problem, but I've NOT seen such creature here. The managing office will provide you with Pest Control/Exterminator service upon request; it's helpful if oneself also contributed as such we've purchased our own Raid spray and Roach Motels, etc. and haven't had further discomfort. Thank you Wyvernwood for our pleasant stay.

Why this is the Worst Place Ever

One word to describe the people in charge of this place is a “leach!” Residents alway have a problem with finding parking spaces. Recently, the company had the audacity to make a few parking spaces in each lot as “reserved” to sell to the residents each month. Like WTF. Instead of solving the problem to make more spaces, you guys decided to make it worst!!?? ALSO, I thought this place was a first come first serve basis, BUT why do I still see people parked their motorcycle in the parking space!?? I thought you had a parking patrol for this reason!!! FYI I haven’t seen those patrols in MONTHS. Secondly, this apartment is not affordable at all. The rent increases every year. The internet at this place sucks. Period. I was gonna get an AT&T because that the only one that works here, but the technician told me that it would still be very slow, so I had to use the satellite internet in which I spent about $100 each month. Even with the satellite internet the internet is still slow after 6 pm.

worst place to live

this is the worst place to live NO PARKING even though you have sticker people without stickers park in the tenants parking people here have no respect for the rules but number one they increase the rent every year so be aware of that they also enter to you apartment to do inspections when you not there the place is dirty people do parties every weekend leaving trash everywhere the staff in the office are the worst very rude not helpful at all internet its the worst you can only have ATT&T and they give you the lowest speed so if you like to watch movies forget it also the only tv provider is Dish so no choices here cockroaches everywhere, cats everywhere dogs poop everywhere people here don’t care about the rules they do whatever they want because there’s no body to reinforce the rules in this place so people don’t waist your money this place its a scam RENT INCREASES EVERY YEAR. also its not safe you hear gunshots sometimes in the middle of the night moving out of here really soon

Truth about Wyvernwood

The Company that manages the Wyvernwood apartments are sub contractors meaning they are not the owners of the housing.The name of the Company is named FPImgt.com which are the bullies who are managing wyvernwood. You can get more information on their website. If you have any complaints it will never reach corporate these people do and abuse their power to instill fear in the residents. FYI The Wyverwood apartments are protected under rent control they are not able to evict you because of minor complains unless you violate the law or lack of payment in rent other than that they need to pay you roughly about more then 25, 000 to evict the residence. If you have to file a complain because you feel that the rent is to high or hidden charges go the department of Housing Authority in Downtown LA. Know your rights these companies are money hungry and will do whatever they want. In addition, their security stop patrolling the apartments after 12 midnight there is no overnight watch. They are lying. If you've had multiple car break ins. Email the wyvernwood apartments to keep track of your complaints and obtain an attorney.

wyverwoo the worst place I have ever lived

rude crude abusive, when things break they always try to find a way to blame you. Water is frequently shut off electricity too. spoiled food and sleepless nights. No curb cuts for wheelchair, not allowed comfort dog. No reasoible accommodations. You will be a victim of perpetual second hand smoke security is scary armed patrol with bullet proof vest guns always rude never there to help or protects you they are an intimidation force for the managing worker do NOT obey traffic laws and put your health and safety in danger.I have had about 20 incidents not stopping at stop signs driving on wrong side of road and driving dangerously. Do not complain they will retaliate Had no kitchen sink or bathroom window for almost a year. Roaches in fridge kitchen sink disgusting gross dangerous common areas trash debris, saftey hazards everywhere I wish I could give it a minus 5 star rating

Wyvernwood Garde Apartments no good

Stay away!! I was living there with my mom and I had to leave. There is absolutely no parking what so ever we only had 1 car the only parking is about a half mile away or more. There are termites and roaches everywhere. It is a nightmare. Everything is falling apart. The heating does not work. This is false advertising.

20 years and getting worse

Do not move in here it will take you about an hour or more just to find parking! The parking situation is horrible people take double even triple parking because they have about 6 cars and they always want to be staring at them thru the windows. Multiple families live in a 1 bedroom apartment and that is why there is so many cars! The office is horrible you go complain about the parking and they do absolutely nothing at all!! Instead of creating more parking they are making less of it!! They need to do assigned parking but they don't care about anything as long as your paying the rent! Don't ever move in here unless you don't have a car! There describing of the apartments are a joke there is no heating in the apartment there is no wood floors the wood floors are fake.. the apartments are so old there are no heaters. Don't move in it's all false advertisement.

Wyvernwood Garden Apartments horrible

Very poor management. They don't care about problems due to their lack of control with the residents just as long as you pay rent. You want to make a complaint they're never at the office, you leave a call back number they never call. Basically living in slums. Security is a joke. They'll hang up on you or say that's not our job good luck. They don't enforce parking rules and the parking lots are over spilling into the sidewalks. Street parking non existent. People drinking in the parking lots. They removed the locks on the stairwells so now homeless, drunks, drug users all hang out in stairwell. They make rules but don't bother to enforce them. If you like internet this is a horrible place to have internet only ATT will come and the fastest is 3mbps which is not enough to watch Netflix or hulu. These were built in the 40's and you can tell by how everything is falling apart.

poor management

the management staff have poor communication skills and att&t is the sole Internet provider and the are chronically unreliable I have gone days to weeks waiting for Internet repairs

been here for many years.

first of all, the parking is horrible. For the permit parking its a first come first serve basis. Most of these apartments are home to more than one family, so each apartment has about 4-7 cars. Second is if you enjoy the peace and quiet this place is definitely not for you. There a re always parties on the weekend, it seem like everyone in Los Angeles comes to these apartments on the weekends. Then most of the residence here park awkward on the street so there is never any parking. Then when you call the "Security" they never arrive. They're at the AM/PM across the street asleep in the patrol car. The people in the office never know anything. the maintenance is terrible. The office is the Bermuda Triangle of complaints or repair request. Renter BEWARE!!!!!!

Good for the price

Rent at Wyvernwood is very affordable and I personally feel like you get what you pay for. One of the best things about Wyvernwood is its maintenance and its management. They are always very helpful and if you have any questions or you need something fixed they'll do it. The area is pretty good there's a lot of restaurants and fast food places nearby which is great. The apartments themselves are pretty old but they are well kept.

Wyvernwood Garden Apartments

I have lived here for 30 years. Growing up it was not as nice as it is now. There are hardly anymore gang members and we have armed security on the premises.
