Property Ratings at Wyndham Lake Villas
Rent going up every year has been very unfortunate, so much so that we will not be renewing our lease for a 3rd year. Also very poor management of parking lot when it rains or snows (Currently an ice rink by the vehicles)
The rent has been raised every single year I have lived here. A considerable amount. It is supposed to be a no pet complex, but they let animals in anyway. There is a very large dog next door that does nothing but bark. And barks at 5:30 a.m. Not a few times, but constantly. All. Day. Long. Management does absolutely nothing, does not even acknowledge my concern. Short of calling the police, I don't know what else to do but move.

I searched intensely for a nice apartment in the Green Bay area that was still affordable. Happened to see this one after touring a nearby property owned by the same company. Was so glad I did! You get heat included, a garage, in unit washer and dryer, huge balcony, and walk in closets for such a great price! The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage room. There are many different floor plans, my only complaint is that in my unit, there was no A/C in the bedrooms...luckily summer is the shortest season around here. The neighborhood is also so beautiful and relaxing to walk around. There's a walking trail that does a 2.5 mile loop. The extra couple minute drive out of Green Bay is well worth it for this great find! I am very sad to have to move out of the area, would've stayed here as long as I could.
