As of now. SLUM!! Look elsewhere Bugs, marijuana, fighting,shady. ROACHES GALORE!!!! BED BUGS TOO!
Started off as a great affordable apartment complex but has since gone way downhill. The first building is infested with giant roaches with wings and they’re everywhere, hallways, laundry room, apartments. Landlord blames the infestation on the city sewers. Just horrible. Pool is only open for about a month in the summer. Would not recommend.
The property USED to be clean, but as of 2020, it has been a nightmare to live in. There are roaches and bedbugs and no one seems to be bothered by it. The place is falling apart, and no one seems to care. Please, consider different options. Not worth it.
Wynbrook is a very nice place, close to the highway, quiet clean and the staff are very friendly. Really enjoy living there!
Wynbrook is a nice, quiet place. It is quite isolated in it's location.
I love living here at Wynbrook . It's very clean ,quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. Swimming pool , laundry area is awesome , vending machines ,beautiful landscape and the staff here at Wynbrook are always available . Close to I-75 N and I-75S , Ronald Reagan Cross County Hgwy .Bus stop is right at the entrance. Close to shopping , schools ,restaurants and much more. I have lived in several apartments , this is the happiest I have ever been in any apartment. I really love it here.
I moved to Wynbrook for a year of work out of Cincinnati. The community is quietly tucked back in the woods, with a very helpful, responsive and friendly staff on the grounds. Though the immediately surrounding location is not very busy, it is only a 15 minute drive downtown or to any of the more commercial neighborhoods (Hyde Park, Mount Adams, OTR, etc) and highway access is very close. For someone who doesn't mind being a little off the beaten path, Wynbrook was a great living experience for less than half the price of some of the more expensive downtown communities.
