Eastern Hills has something for every renter and its affordability makes the area even more attractive. Similar to the rest of Dayton, Eastern Hills has a lower cost of living and lower cost rentals in a variety of styles. Along with cozy apartments in brick buildings, the neighborhood features a hodgepodge of 1920s craftsman-style homes, 1930s bungalows, and 1940s ranch-style homes. Along with affordability, Eastern Hills appeals to renters for its excellent location.
State Route 35 runs through the southern portion of the neighborhood, allowing for easier commutes into Downtown Dayton, which is only five miles away. Interstate 675 nearby will take you throughout the metro area as well. Great for renters who want off-campus housing at a more affordable price, Eastern Hills is just over four miles from the University of Dayton.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Wright Landing Apartments
Lived in this apartment for 8 months and had nothing but issues with the unit and management, unit infested with mice and bugs, windows had no screens in them, the heat is controlled by the landlord and is on full blast, it was over 90 degrees in my unit in the middle of winter and I was sweating inside, most of the outlets didn’t even work, the floors were covered in something that made your feet black when you walked over them regardless of how many times I scrubbed them, bathroom tub wouldn’t shut off and had a constant stream of hot water running, came home one night after work and the emergency maintenance key was left in my lock by maintenance who did not give notice to enter, neighbors smoke inside the building, maintenance would come to assess inquiries but would never fix anything
This really good place I'll suggest it cuz u will have a really nice apartment. And with that being said the people are nice
They do not take care of their property.!!! They expect you to live in a bathroom with a hole in it since 2015 to 2018. And then when they see you they try to butter you up and say oh I'll be over there no one shows up. They are overpriced.
My apartment flooded due to the fact that management did not break up roots backing up our pipes. They knew it had to be done and did nothing to prevent it. They then lied to us pretending it was just baby wipes clogging our drain even though we knew this wasn't true. Our apartment was flooding with no response from management until a full twelve hours later. We found out they'd known about it for hours prior and did not call anyone to help. We couldn't even shut off our water because it was rusted in place. The water was in every single room in the apartment and it was uninhabitable. We only had a month left of our lease so they tried to get us to sign a new lease instead of giving us a dry place to stay. We had to clear out our apartment in 30 minute increments because it smelled so bad that we couldn't stand it. We had to sleep at other people's houses. I attempted to sleep there one night but I developed a cough. Everything was rapidly molding and they gave us no place to put the things we were able to salvage. We had also recently welcomed a baby to the family and we couldn't bring him home from the hospital because we were worried for his health. Bugs swarmed the apartment as well as mice and it was rancid to say the least. The water was never cleaned from the carpets and the mold in the bedrooms had grown an inch and a half up the walls along the baseboards by the time we left. If you plan on moving here you should probably reconsider. They just want your money and don't care if they hurt you to get it.

We are sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, "flushables" clog toilets.
been living here for a year, lots of new improvements being made after change of ownership. Service call delays are a pain but a good community to live with my family.
