The office staff and maintenance team are wonderful. The apartments are newly renovated and a nice place to call home. The residents are very nice.

I have been here for 3 years and I love the staff and maintenance. Lee, beau, and David are all great and always are so helpful. It is a very clean community with great residents and they are always putting on fun events for us residents. If I have any issues maintenance is always here ASAP to fix it. The community is in a great area and very close to Krogers. Compared to all the other apartments around here this is the best one by far.

Living here in Worthington Ridge has been a truly great experience. The grounds are well maintained, the clubhouse is well stocked, the pool is comfortable, and the maintenance man Lee is super nice and helpful with any issues that people have. He comes promptly and is super helpful and kind.

Moving here was the best decision I’ve ever made! It’s quiet, clean, and most importantly safe. It’s in a great location that feels private but is still minutes away from anything you could ever need. The staff here are absolutely amazing (even my dogs love visiting them) and there’s always something fun going on. Plus, who isn’t a fan of free iced coffee every morning?! I spent months looking for an apartment that fit my needs and Worthington Ridge has surpass all of my expectations!

I have had the best experience with Worthington Ridge so far! I just moved in and everyone has made this process smooth and accommodating for the stress of moving. Bonus points for friendly neighbors and the condition of the home being immaculate upon move in! Usually things like the washer or the dishwasher are overlooked in apartment cleans and I was so impressed with the state of my unit.

I have been thoroughly impressed with Worthington Ridge. The cost is quite reasonable compared to the market, making it an excellent value. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the amenities, including recycling, are well-organized. My apartment was handed over in pristine condition and fully renovated. Absolutely the best place to live!

My husband and I moved in about 3 months ago. We absolutely love it here! The staff is so helpful & kind and maintenance always has a quick response time and is efficient. We love that it is in a safe area. The apartments are quiet and cozy. I can’t recommend Worthington Ridge enough!

The leasing agents are incredibly friendly and know many of the residents by name. The maintenance is really quick too! Also, the apartments themselves are well-maintained.

Best place to call home, it’s a friendly place the staff is great they always are down to give a helping hand and make it a great atmosphere. The neighbors are very kind and we all get along it’s a little mini community! Love it 10/10

I've lived in many apartments over the years, and have experienced many different facets of what these communities offer residents. The experience with Worthington Ridge from start to finish was the smoothest transition I've had to date. The staff (Monica and Meg) are fantastic! They are so kind and accommodating and ensured I felt at home from step one. My pups and I love calling Worthington Ridge "home." We enjoy the peace, tranquility, friendly neighbors, and ease of access to all that Columbus has to offer - without the hassle of downtown noise and traffic. The apartments are spacious and beautifully/ thoughtfully designed. I love the pantry space and large windows in each room to allow ample natural light in. The recycling program is also a huge bonus and is so easy to use! Needless to say, we plan to be here as long as possible. Thanks, Worthington Ridge and Team! :)

I recently moved to the Worthington Ridge apartments about 3 months . The apartment is very nice, renovated everything new. Includes washer and dryer, walk in closet. The ladies in the office were very helpful in getting t through the application process. Very pleased.

Staff is kind and always helpful, the maintenance is outstanding, and the value with the new renovations is excellent!

Champion does a fantastic job. The application and move in process was smooth. Since living here, I can see the office staff genuinely care about the residents. They are professional, kind and stay on top of everything

Ever since champion took over this company they have done so many upgrades to the property and to the apartments. New windows, siding and it’s an amazing place to live. The staff is very friendly and respectful and they do everything they can to assist you

Worthington Ridge was a good place to live but when Champion came in, they have updated and renovated every building. The renovations are great, and the new management is excellent. Quick maintenance response and kind, professional staff!

I have lived here for 9 years. Throughout my tenure, I have been pleased with how caring the staff is, how personable and how willing they are to help. For those looking for a place to call home (whether short, or long term) I highly recommend Worthington Ridge.

Ever since Champion took over, my boyfriend have felt a whole 360 in the little time they have already been here. Communication is on point and they are always eager to help. Very professional. The events that they do are also a great idea because that’s never happened in the 3 years I’ve been here.

The staff here are phenomenal! I just moved into the complex about a month or two before the take over and they have made it such a smooth transition and have really went above and beyond for us residents! Very thankful to have the team of Monica, Nick & Brendon! I appreciate you 3 for everything!

I had lived at WRA for 3.5 years and for the first 3 I absolutely loved it. At the beginning of 2021, the complex was sold to Burlington Capital and they brought in all new management. After that it went down hill fast! Management was never in on their posted hours and rude/unhelpful when they were there. The office is so disorganized and will not get back to you in a timely manner. The office staff asks to come into the apartment to check on things month (sometimes more). The apartment is an average apartment nothing fancy but the old management made it such a welcoming experience. Without that, this apartment is not worth it!

Be sure that this is the place you want to live before you put in an application. Though they say that there is no application fee - there is a 300 dollar application fee. Read the fine print. They will charge your credit card 300 dollars to hold the apartment which will become your deposit on the apartment when you sign the lease. But if your dont sign the lease, you lose the 300 dollars. SO a very expensive application fee AND misleading wording on the application. Never thought we would lose 300 dollars when we did not sign the lease. Beware!!!!!

This complex is a great place to live if you want to be near Polaris as well as easy access to highways to get anywhere else in Columbus. The leasing office is very accomedating and understanding! They are very prompt with maintenance problems and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is fixed. The apartments are a tad small but if you aren't spending a lot of time at home it's a great place and very affordable.

The apartment complex is in a tidy little corner off of Lazelle. Its a great community. I actually lived there years ago when I was a kid, and when I was doing my research it came back up again. My father said that It was a great place to live for the 2 people that lived there. If you have more than 2, you might feel a little cramped, because the apartments are a tad on the small side. Other than that, you're not too far from 270, or Polaris (and 71) so its in a really good spot. Plus the rent is a very, very good amount considering they give you a 600 dollar credit when you sign up, that's 50 bucks a month if you use it on rent for a year.

We've been residents for about a year and don't see a single solitary reason to leave. First our experiences with the office (Lauren and the other kind, pleasant ladies) and the maintenance supervisor, Don, have been consistently positive beyond all expectation. If you have questions, they never delay answering, and keep it straight and to the point. If you have issues with anything related to appliances, plumbing, HVAC, whatever, you can bet Don will be there pronto. Not only does he identify the problems, he provides reasonable and practical tips on problem prevention. Plus, he arrives ASAP when we notify the office. There apparently is efficient and amicable communication with the office and maintenance areas. We have never heard of such service wherever we've lived! The complex is quiet as far as residents are concerned (speaking from one of the rear units away from the drive). Even residents with dogs minimize any barking or annoyance with their pets. We have had nothing but good experiences with other residents here. It sounds trite, but it is more like family than imaginable. We have witnessed other residents abiding by the policies, keeping their areas neat and clean, and overall, this is rare as apartment complexes go.

The apartments are maintained but never any improving or updating. The kitchen is very awkward to cook in, there is a real shortage of counter space. The cabinets are very small. The placement of appliances makes 2 people preparing a meal together absolutely impossible. My apartment had a cigarette smoker that lived and smoked in the apartment for several years. On humid days the whole apartment smells like stale cigarette smoke. Some days even my clothes would smell of smoke. Employees that I work with would comment that my clothes smelled like smoke. :( I like all the neighbors and I have had no problem with any of them.
