It is a great apartment with nice amenities. Apartment set up had great spacing and amenities got nice pool gym and entertainment area. Staff are also friendly
Can’t beat it! Amenities are great, location is great and the building is quiet and clean. I wouldn’t want to live any where else as a first time renter.
Great place. Very safe and clean. Maintenance guys are very responsive. Has been living here for more than a year and don’t regret a second.
The property is awesome. Room has great appliances with good space. Amenities are good such as gym and pool. Best part is the great quality of coffee for free!
The building is great. We love living here. Location is great for us, the building residents and staff are friendly. The only reason it is a 4 star is because I wish we were allowed to have our own grills (propane of course) on our private balconies. I know we have the community grills, but I would love to be able to use my own on the balcony. I hope they change this rule in the very near future.
Nice apartment for the price. Clean common areas, pool is open in the summer. Great for dogs, they have a nice little dog park. Only downside is that the unit I was in had some thin floors and walls, so our neighbor underneath us tended to complain a lot. Other than that, it’s a great place to live!
Love it here. Staff is the best and neighbors are great. Love the dog park, pool, gym and all the amenities. So glad I made Woodview my home.

So far our move in has been smooth and clean. The checking of the unit goes by fast and the staff are attentive. The building is big and I get lost but it is very well built.
The building is well managed and always clean. The planned social activities are enjoyable and a good way to meet people. The pool is terrific and the athletic facilities are excellent.
Everything is updated and modern. Clean and friendly community. Just moved in and looking forward to the new adventure. Our commute has changed drastically. Only thing left is to now get unpacked and organized
Great service. Smooth move in. Maintenance responds and resolved within 24 hours. Cleaning crew working almost daily to keep everything spotless.
Was not expecting to pay for a new water filter for an appliance that was provided to me from the apartment complex.
The office is limited to maintain the building like it should be maintained due to the owners lack of financing things that should be done.
I’ve been living at Woodview for nearly six months and love it! Beautiful inside and out and very well maintained. Looking forward to warmer weather to enjoy the outside amenities. Location is ideal, just off the Tollway, and tucked away amongst a business park with walking paths and ponds. Highly recommend Woodview Apartment Homes!
I wrote an entire review detailing the horrendous experience with simply trying to view the property, but this site gave an error and it wasn't posted. Basically, I second what was said by the other reviewer that these people don't know how to answer an email or the phone - and I tried multiple times.
Woodview is my home and I very much enjoy living here. I would recommend Woodview because the staff are professional, welcoming and responsive to any concerns; the building and the grounds are kept clean and attractive and the extra effort and measures taken during Covid 19 have been and are notable; it is a non smoking building, and it is dog friendly.
I tried contacting this building a couple of times regarding their apartments since I was interested in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Never heard back from them, this is so sad because it tells me a lot about their management. If you can’t even reply to emails, how are you even going to help your tenants when they need you.
They have taken a personal interest our family as my wife is very very sick and they always as about this
At onetime this place was a real jewel but unfortunately it has lost its luster, largely due to the management staff. The pictures look far better than it does in person. Multiple 8x11 post-it notes from the staff taped to the doors make one feel like they are paying premium prices for 8th grade art project. The hallways are not cleaned anymore, evidenced by stains on the carpets, and the walls all have scuff marks that they attempted to paint over with a mismatched paint. The fire pits, grills, and patio furniture are not consistently maintained, and not is the pool -hot tub. The dog park is decent but the gate latch is never quite secure and the dog waste is a persistent problem despite having to get a dog DNA test here. By far, our worst problem though is the manager and the staff; constantly crass, and they are horrible about answering any questions or concerns. For what we pay, this place sure doesn’t feel like luxury apartment anymore. Time to consider other places.

Overall neighbors are nice but as with any large group of random people, there's always a few bad apples. In this case, there are still some inconsiderate neighbors in terms of taking care of garbage properly or who are inconsiderate when driving through the garage.
Your parking garage is a bit chaotic because of the size of the garage. You allow people to park on the corners where you make turns to go either up or down and 2 cars can not pass at the same time. Once again, poor planning on the developers end of things.
I enjoy living here. The girls at the front desk are not as helpful after you move in versus when you are applying. I have had so many questions still unanswered and they seem to be always distracted or in a hurry so it feels like a bother. not great.
My only criticism is that it is very difficult to reach the property and they are not responsive even when you leave a voicemail message or an email. I happened to be very lucky when I placed this work order as they did answer the phone and facilitated the work order very quickly, which is why I feel comfortable to give all high marks for this survey.
The apartment has very nice facilities such as hot tub, pool, theatre room.
It is quiet with very friendly staff and neighbors, clean, with plenty of room to exercise as well relax in.
This place and Staff is a nightmare. Unsafe. Bug issue. Staff has turned over 3 times since I have been here. To start and read carefully of the issues I had: 1) Make sure to give a 60 day notice when you break your lease. They WILL charge you everyday single day inside of that 60 days you don't notify them. They tagged me for 4 days as I notified them 56 days before my lease end. 2) Do not respond to tickets at all. 3 of my 10 tickets were responded to including my request. The rest ignored. On ticket was for information on where to park when the outside parking is filled. They neglected to give me the garage code and directions on where to park. I was towed as I did find my way inside of the garage and had to travel to Elk Grove Village to get my car and pay $250 or something absolutely ridiculous to get my car out. As if I don't pay enough for this crappy place. 3) Do not tell you when packages arrive. Its an Easter egg hunt and guessing game. I wouldn't purchase anything valuable to ship there. 4) Had an electrical fire in my unit. Before leaving for work, I noticed a burning smell and couldn't locate it. I called the emergency line and left a message as no one answers. Place was filled with smoke and no one even checked the unit until 7 hours later. I was told the unit was OK to live in by the manager and the smoke "wasn't that bad". I also had to check into a hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. 5) I asked to have pest control spray my unit as I have to kill multiple bugs per day. This request still has never been followed up on. 6) They do not answer the front desk phone. You have to take time off work just to resolve anything. I can go on and on. Glad i'm out.
Very friendly staff and community, everyone greets each other and knows who is new.
While it is an apartment community, I consider Woodview Apartments my home. The building and the amenities are excellent but it is the staff that makes it home which is led by a great manager, Jillion.

First of all, the process to place a maintenance request was a breeze with the mobile app. The request was attended promptly and I want to send my special thanks to Scott for his commitment and knowledge in fixing the issue quickly. He made sure that I get the hot water issue fixed ASAP and also ensured to come back the next day to make sure everything is working okay. It feels so great to have on-time service and exceed expectations always. Scott has been very professional and ensured the place is clean and tidy after the work. He also made sure that we understand what was being worked on and what to expect after the fix. I would surely recommend this apartment to relatives and friends because I doubt if the same or similar level of service can be provided elsewhere.

Scott did a great job! My service request was completed within 1 day of placing request. He is an asset to the woodview team!
We rented without seeing our place in person (lived in a different state) and Krystal was fantastic. She answered all our questions via email or phone. She took me on multiple tours via FaceTime which is ultimately the reason we rented with Woodview. I called and emailed at least 10 others apartment communities in the area and none of them gave us a tour via FaceTime. They didn?t make the process seem doable from a distance and woodview did.

It is nice place to stay, the amenities are good too. Most people in the office is great. Still is needed some work around attending the needs or being a little more organized in some aspects of the leasing activities.

The place itself, and the attentiveness of the staff, is AMAZING. Absolutely stunning place to live. The amenities are amazing (the designers thought of everything!!). The only reason this isn't a 10/10, is that for being in Deerfield Illinois within a commercial zone, I do think the rent is priced too high.
