Location is great right near Hanes Mall Blvd and the highway. Unit upgrades are nice, especially the kitchens. Making improvements to the community like adding a grilling pavilion. Maintenance is very responsive.

New management is making such awesome improvements to our apartment complex. They are listening to the residents and making improvements based on our recommendations. Definitely worth stopping by and checking out.

The new management at Woodsmill is excellent to deal with. They are doing everything they can to bring these apartment homes up to industry standards! The renovations have been wonderful and much needed. All of the events and amenities that are offered along with this apartment, make the rental price completely worth it. Obviously it takes some time to update every single thing, but you can tell they are doing everything possible to really change the living here at Woodsmill.

I have lived here for years.The pool has been closed for over three years Not due to Covid. Management is never on site! they never return your phone calls. These buildings are old, old windows that don’t open,they have thin walls if you’re in a downstairs unit you can hear every single step the person upstairs is taking what they’re watching on TV or what music they’re playing like you’re in the same room with them. Getting Maintenance to come and fix the problem like a window frame falling out of the window takes months. I don’t blame the maintenance crew I blame the very poor management. In reality there really is no management they only talk to you when they want money. They keep raising prices on rent when nothing has changed or improved building wise.Not worth the money by a long shot!

Horrible Management. Something always needs to be fixed. Maintenance has gotten better but you have to wait months for them to come. The apartments do not look like the pictures. I have been here for years and have had issue after issue. Wish they would hire new management.

This is a poor living apartment. The apartments are okay, they look nothing like the online pictures. Half of the appliance that are stated on the website are not in the apartment. Parking at this apartment complex is HORRIBLE! You can NEVER get in contact with anyone that is over the apartment complex nor over them. They only call you back or reach out to you when rent is due, and you truly only here from them when they don't receive your money. They give you all kinds of numbers and emails when you first move in but they never answer or contact you back. The pool hasn't been open for over a year (not due to COVID). It is sad because the apartment complex is in the best spot but due to horrible management it is a bad place. Do not let the price or welcome talk draw you in. I have lived in these apartments for a couple years and over those couple years due to management they have really went down hill. Again please DO NOT let the price and place fool you, these apartments aren't truly worth moving into with the current management situation.

I loved living here! I just didn't think go get a transfer to a downstairs apartment versus moving entirely to a downstairs apartment in a neighborhood that was not knowingly pleasant. I plan to move back to Woodsmill ASAP! I just hope they have a downstairs apartment available. If not, I'll take it anyway just to get out of where I'm residing now.
