Love the vibes here! People are super nice, and a very quite community. Although I would love an upgrade, love where I'm located and so happy and serene. Love sitting on my patio since fall is around the corner ,and love my nature surrounding, can't wait to decorate for fall my favorite season!
This is actually my second time living here. It’s a quiet community. They keep it clean, and even though its an older property, they keep up with it pretty well. Thats a main reason I came back to live here again. The front office ladies are so nice and helpful and maintenance knows what they are doing.

Love that it is so peaceful, and quite. Love that the maintenance people are always attending work orders quickly. Tenants are very nice. And the ladies in office so professional as well as friendly and always so helpful!??

Love living here ! Close to highways . Fiesta Texas is not far. Great dining and shopping at Huebner Oaks . La Cantera is not far. Easy excess to downtown. My neighbors are quiet. Love that ! No drama is a plus . I enjoy all the trees that surround the complex . Cody library is down the street. That’s a big plus for me .

Living here has been awesome. There was never any drama within the community. Our neighbors were always pleasant. We were walking distance from places to shop and eat. We were along a bus route which made traveling to and from town really convenient. Our maintenance team and management team were always available to help with whatever we needed. This place is great!

I recently moved in to the woods of elm Creek. We are very satisfied and love living here. It is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful nice landscape. Are balcony faces the woods and it's a gorgeous view. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live somewhere quiet in a nice environment and community.

I've been at this residence for fifteen months. And I have enjoyed my stay because of these two, management staff and text staff have always made me feel at home. So far I have enjoyed my stay here. I have not encountered any problems, except my neighbor is very nosy. The grounds are kepted good. I think people should be mindful as far as the trash, I wish that they would put their trash in the trash dumpster.

I am very happy with the environment. I have lived in previous apartments and this is by far the best one yet. I feel safe and at home. My kids love living here as well. The scenery is beautiful in my area of the complex and all the workers are kind and respectful. Michelle was diligent and resourceful in dealing with our move in and we were in our new apartment in less than 10 2 weeks. It was clean, bright, and polished at move in. The maintenance is great and online portal for residents is easy to use. I will definitely recommend The Woods of Elm Creek to anyone wanting a great, quiet, and affordable place to live with all the luxurious of home!

I love living here. The place is quiet, and the neighbors are so friendly. I appreciate that there are always dog waste bags available at the small dog area, and the common areas are kept clean and ready to use. I have never had a parking issue or any other apartment living related issue. I also appreciate that management is always prompt to respond my requests.

Great and safe community. Been here going on 4 years now, and this place is awesome. Location is perfect. So close in proximity to like 4 HEB locations. Management and maintenance staff are super helpful too.

it’s been really nice to live in this community, quiet, peaceful, and I’ve enjoyed the years that I’ve lived here. I’ve always felt safe. any maintenance request have been done greatly on time and the area is always kept clean and nice. No difference between other residents so I have been very satisfied with this community.

This complex has been a great place to live since I moved in 7 months ago. It’s quiet, scenic and relaxing. The only issue I have is trying to exit the complex between 5-6pm(Vance Jackson turns into a parade route during rush hour) so I try to schedule my outings way before or after that timeframe.

I really am enjoying living here at Woods of Elm Creek, I have had only one problem and that's my neighbor's upstairs are noisy, but otherwise I love it here.

Quiet neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Good value for price. Had a positive experience with maintenance quickly replacing my A/C unit when it broke.

If you want a safe clean environment then this is the perfect place. There’s never been an issue that wasn’t resolved in 24 hours. No noise and the pool is always clean and operable.

Love it, nice and quiet. The inside is really nice and I don’t have a rodent or roach problem. Maintenance is quick to respond to things that need to be fixed

I love living here . Shopping are all nearby . Medical center is down the street . Love that the complex has lots of trees. Getting to work is only 20 mins . And, highways are close .

I love my apartment community. I've been living in this community for a year and 3 months and I haven't had any issues. Maintenance is awesome. My only issue is parking.
