Property Ratings at Woods of Britton
I have lived here for a few years and it has been great. My problem didn’t occur until I switched to night shift. If you work an irregular schedule get ready for an army of loud gas powered leaf blowers to attempt to blow every spec of grass even in the middle of December. The property does look fantastic but if you watch them they aren’t blowing anything, just justifying their pay I guess. Other than that problem that has cost me hours of sleep it is great.

I went apartment hunting in the last two weeks and decided to check out Woods of Britton. Absolutely fell in love with the property. It’s a tucked away, little piece of Heaven. Unfortunately they didn’t have the apartment I wanted in the timeframe I needed but, that’s no fault at them. Customer service was 10/10. Sara at the office was excellent to work with. She was patient, informative, and willing to answer all of my questions. Overall, very positive experience and would recommend to check them out if you’re hunting!

We are starting are fourth year here in a little bit of heaven, meaning, The Woods of Britton! Words fail me to describe what it is like to live here, I'll try. The staff are the most kind, professional, caring and loving I have ever met in this world. You know Nikis moto is " Just do it". Here there moto should be. Just DID it! Sincerity, honesty, integrity it's all here. We love the Woods of Britton, peaceful,quiet and fabulous neighbors. There really is " No place like home".

I lived here for 3 years while In IN before moving back to my home in TN. (2012-2015) This was my first experience in an apartment as I’ve always been a home owner. Now, I’m moving again to Charleston, SC with work and I’m struggling to find something as awesome as The Woods of Britton. The area is perfect and convenient, the property is beautiful and well kept, and the staff is on the ball. I write this 3 years after moving in hopes of helping someone else with the decision making struggle I’m experiencing now in SC. You won’t regret this choice!
The management and Maintenance team are great to work with and very friendly if you need them! If I have to move back to the area I coming back here!!
I feel very safe here. Living alone at 58 is daunting. I have been sick, and they work with me, and don't make me feel bad.
We've lived in 3 different apartments in this complex. The first was a one bedroom and the second and third was/is a one bedroom with loft. We needed more room, but couldn't find a better environment/space/amenities for the price in our area. Our second apartment was unfortunately located above a chain smoker (not all buildings are smoke free so be sure to ask!), but after going through the process, they were willing to let us out of our lease. Because we'd had such a great experience we chose to stay and move to another building instead. My favorite thing about this complex is that it feels more like a neighborhood with lots of greenery, trees, and each apartment has it's own entrance. It's not just a building set on top of a parking lot.
The grounds are very well kept. The pool area is large and very nice, as is the playground. The layout the apartment is good. We don't have any problems with noise.
Amazing, Spacious Apartments! Love all the open space to walk my dog.
