Woodridge Apartments

I was giving a renovated apartment. I haven’t been here a whole year not even 6 month. Don’t get me wrong the staff are good maintenance always come through BUT my apartment for some reason has rats & the crime out here is not good someone busted a window out in one of my vehicles. It has been some break ins here as well. My refrigerator also has been replaced but the top freezer part is the only getting cold everything in my bottom part is spoil rotten it doesn’t get cold. I’m currently in the process of finding me another place. It’s not worth it not for me I pay almost a thousands a month & it’s infected with rats.

I sat in that office for hours, went up there almost everyday, and TRIED to keep in contact with them as much as possible via phone. I completed my application in the office and was told to go pay my $52 app fee at walmart. Once i did that i was told that i had been approved for a renovated 2bed 1bath and then she sent me to go pay a $300 security deposit the next day. That next day she switched her story and said I couldn’t get the renovated apartment so I settled for the classic. She then sat me down and calculated the prorated rent which came out to be $254.03 plus the pest control, trash and water fees. After sitting in the office for about an hour, she was finally able to show me the apartment. By then it was closing time so she told me to come back the next day to sign my lease and get the keys. The next day comes and she then tells me that i can get into the apartment that i just paid rent for the month of October because the patio needs to be fixed. That’s something you should have together before you take my money. So I continued to try to keep contact with her about what is basically MY apartment at this point because I paid my deposit, I paid prorated rent, and I got the renters insurance and the lights on because thats what she told me i had to do before move in day and she started IGNORING MY CALLS. But as soon as i call from someone else phone she picks up. yall please save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else because WOODRIDGE IS NOT WORTH IT

HOMELESS NOW because i was PROMISED a move in date with several times conversating back and fourth through email and phone. On the day of move in, i did not have an apartment and i spent money on a uhaul, movers, apartment insurance and cable for my unit. Lost all the money i had invested in getting a apartment here, 200 application fee, 50.00 uhaul, 300.00 for movers, and the insurance for the unit. i had such high hopes for this place but will never look here again.

Kashia, the manager, has been very helpful with any issues that I’ve had. The apartment and everything that comes with it have been exceptional. The maintenance people are very helpful and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend my apartment complex!!

There's a pool, fireplace, and washer and dryer hookup and when I stayed in Rankin county I didn't have half of these amenities and the rent is higher. I find Kashia to be helpful and generally pleasant but maintenance lolligags a lot. I will say that I have a problem with the fact that even though I pay my rent on time the late fee is getting higher and higher along with the early termination fee. I feel safe at these apartments an they aren't ratchet. Quite frankly that's all I can ask for!!!

I’ve been living here almost 3 years and there’s no place better. Kashia and Shaunancy are very helpful with tenants and get resolutions fast! The area is quiet for the most part and I love the convenience to everywhere I need to be.

I love Kashia. They are the best. They take care of their tenants. They really make you feel comfortable. Me personally feel like my landlords are compassionate and work with your needs. This attribute is very Rare in apartment communities. Kashia is very personable and easy to talk to. I find this very appealing. I am very happy with my choice to join this community. I plan to continue my stay based off the amount of appreciation and care they show me as a tenant!!! #teamwoodridge

It’s a decent place to live decently quiet/enough room to enjoy yourself.

Woodridge 2k18 pool party is a great experience for my first home moving out on my own. I’ve been here almost a year and I think this is a great place. Thanks to the mangment team for this event and great living environment. Kashia and her employment team.

The apartments are great and very spacious. Shaunancy is nice and very helpful. Woodridge is a Nice and quiet environment. Great move!!

The staff here has a great attitude. When I call to get things fixed they get it done ASAP. Kashia is also a sweet and caring manager.

The apartment are nice,what I really like at Woodridge is the security we have,l feel very safe,we have sulliance cameras and JPD patrols throughout the apartment complex. Kashia is also a good manager. She shows concern.

i love Woodridge apartments I love the office Manager Kashia She was very Nice and willing to help you with anything she could since day one when i first came to apply . i love the enviroment i most definitely love my UNIT My living room so big And spacy. My room is lovely . they make you feel so at home here?

This community provides spacious apartments and a safe, quiet environment. One of the best apartments in Jackson. Online rent payment is an added bonus. Polite staff members, like Kashia, are always eager to assist. I love living in this community. The community accepts packages.

Spacious 1 bedroom. the tenants are nice. The area is quiet and the manager kashia along with the staff have never given me a problem. I have been here almost 2 years and have had my maintenance request tended to quickly.

I have really enjoyed my 3 year stay here at woodridge. The new team is great and kashia is really good at getting the community involved in things.

Woodridge Apartments are a comfortable place to live with a nice pool and spacious rooms. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. If you all have any questions speak to Kashia .

I've been staying here for three years and I love it. Never had a problem with staff and any issues have been resolved. They even have an on-call maintenance person for nights and weekend and he answers the phone regardless of the time.

Woodridge is one of the best apartment complexes in the Jackson area. We love the layout's of the apartment and it truly is the best bang for our buck. The office is always willing to help we need it. We love Woodridge!
