waste of money …………………. Poor management … Nothing gets fixed

I had water and plumbing issues with black guck coming out of my sink and my bathroom sink kept flooding and causing a swimming pool on my floor. My ac was leaking for 6 months causing mold and damages to my towels and furniture due to the over excessive water in my carpet every day. The ac is always going out as it is 85 degrees in my house now during the summer 105 degree heat. The outside parking lot is always dirty but they're always outside acting like they're cleaning the lot. The outside walls are very dirty so it does not look presentable. They do not respond to maintenance issues and I also had them lie and say my issue was resolved when it wasn't. The neighbors fight and shoot and a bullet came through my wall. They have roaches and mold. Big hole behind my toilet they wont patch up, ceiling fan was broke for 6 months, and my plugs were catching fire.

The staff is there for all your needs. They make you feel as if you picked a place to call home.

I enjoyed staying out there and Woodley Graden and I stayed out there 4 years... they’ll willing to work with... I haven’t had any problems since I been out there. Daryl was also great I’m missed them..

This was the worst apartment I ever had in my life, insisted I get an upstairs, got a downstairs, birds or whatever inside of the walls scratching through the walls leaving holes, where they can come in later. Ac unit was a huge problem leaked so bad the carpet would start to smell and mildew from the leak, constantly had someone in patching it up only to go through the same crap again next week. I lived there a year and both females that lived above me didn't work, didn't have transportation, and was extremely noisy. Lastly it took 4 mos to get the remainder of my deposit from move in. I would never ever recommend anyone live here not even a dog! Oh yeah and employees have "entanglements" with residents on the clock.

Horrible place to stay. The apartments look nice at first glance, but the longer you stay the worse it gets. Roach infested!! Took me 2 months and 2 visits from pest control to get rid of them. Had to have my neighbors sign off to get the whole building sprayed. When I moved in EVERYTHING was broken. The dishwasher, garbage disposal, shower, oven/stove. My car got broken into twice and the hubcaps & the back license plate was stolen off of it within the first month. Neighbors are rude. I was harassed for weeks when I refused to give my upstairs neighbors my phone number when he told me I was “too fine to be single”. One neighbor had a party it lasted from like 8pm to 2am and I couldn’t sleep with all the noise finally fell asleep around 3:30 but had to be up @ 6:00 for school. Leasing office workers are very nice. Dawn was amazing and she worked so well with me when I told her I no longer felt safe living there. Lisa is also such a sweet lady. Honestly wouldn’t be a terrible place to stay if it wasn’t for the neighbors & hood rats that live out here.

Very nice apartment living. I have only lived here a month but I do like the community.
