Hello I am a resident here with my son we love it here Tatiana and Mari are very good they get jobs done and they respond to me quickly
This complex is pretty bad. Neighbors are often loud and leave trash everywhere. The apartments themselves are in very poor condition and look as if they have been repainted instead of getting the renovations they need. There is a roach infestation that has been going on for a few years now. Trust me, this place isn't worth what it costs.
I have been a current resident for 7 years 3 month, and the people that been living here can said that it’s a nice and quiet place. If you have good communication with the office staff I can tell that they are nice and helpful group (staff and maintenance)
Worst apartments to live at ever. People in the office are extremely rude. Roaches everywhere and the maintenance takes forever to fix something. I've only lived here for a few months and I'm trying to get out of my lease now. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It's cheap for a reason and not worth the hassle.
