Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. I can’t say enough good things about Woodland Trails! From the moment I toured the property, the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Kyle, Aaron, and Zac are absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and you can tell they’re constantly working to improve the property. Any maintenance request I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently, and the grounds are always clean and quiet. What really sets Woodland Trails apart is the staff. Kyle made the whole leasing process a breeze and stayed in touch every step of the way. Aaron and Zac are always out on the property checking in with residents and making sure everything runs smoothly. They’re approachable, helpful, and you can tell they love what they do. I recently had the pleasure of touring Woodland trails with Dj, one of their leasing professionals. From the moment I arrived, Dj was welcoming, professional, and so bubbly. She was extremely knowledgeable and tailored the tour to highlight features that matched my preferences. The property itself is well-maintained with beautiful greenery. Aaron had joined in and introduced himself, while I was conversing with Dj, which I thought was very warming to the experience. Although I chose to go in a different direction due to location, I’d recommend this community to many!

I've had a great experience living at Woodland Trails! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help out—it's clear they genuinely care about the residents. The location is also a major plus—super convenient, close to everything you need, and with easy access to the highway. Wodland Trails is a wonderful place to live. And the "Trails" part is SO true. There are alkways, "trails", all over the place in and around the buildings. Makes for pleasent wlaks and a way for neighbors to get to know one another.

The staff here don’t really care about you they care about money, my apartment flooded three times and another time they cut a hole in my ceiling and never actually fixed the leaks.

I've enjoyed living here for the past 4 years. I started out in a one bedroom and transferred to a two bedroom. Each one had different upgrades, but both were really nice. The apartments have lots of trees and I really enjoy that I'I'm close to everything. Kelly has been so helpful

I've been living in this apartment for two years now, and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect—it's close to everything, including great food options and major highways, making it super convenient for getting around. Even better, I work just down the street, so I can easily come home for lunch, which is a huge bonus. The apartment itself is beautiful, both inside and out. The attention to detail in the design really makes it feel like home, and I always look forward to coming back after a busy day. Kellie has been such a huge help from the very beginning. She assisted me when I moved in and has been there for any questions or needs ever since. Her friendly and helpful nature truly adds to the overall great experience of living here. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my apartment—it's a great place to call home!

Since living here had nothing but good encounters with the staff and the maintenance men. The community tends to keep to itself but there's a lot of talkative people I've been enjoying living here

Woodland trails has been very welcoming from the beginning and persistent with communicating back through email. Resources and helpful information was given to me which made my move-in less stressful. The community is laidback and very friendly most important I feel like I am in a safe neighborhood.

Living here was the same at living at a construction site. Constant harassment. Constant water shut offs. The management wont answer phone and are worried about potential renters. Then they throw a 790 move out charge at me for the most bogus reasons, WHILE still keeping my deposit which was around 500!!!!

Woodlaand Trails is a great place. It IS a rather large c ommunity, but well maintained and quiet. The "trails" part is for real. There are walkways (trails) between the buildings. Cuts down on time to get places and they are really pleasent walks. I love it.

I just rented an upgraded one bedroom and love it. I love that I have a microwave and in unit laundry. The community is very quiet and I have had no incidents while being here. Sara was my leasing agent and did an excellent job. Thank you!!

Living here has always been a great experience. The great landscaping provides a cozy and homey atmosphere. The manager Kelley is also very nice and always communicates with me very well answering all the questions I have. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new home.

The leasing team is perfect in this community, especially Sara. She's so nice and will answer every question I have, they even help build my own in-unit laundry! The apartment is brand new the date I moved in with a good fragrance. Parking lots are sufficient so no worries if guests come visit.

This is a great place to live if you’re looking for somewhere to move in quickly. I was able to apply online, get approved, and move in all in the same day. I was able to view my apartment before moving in. So far have had a great experience. Sara was my leasing agent and she was very pleasant to work with. I had the maintenance team come in and make some repairs for me when I moved in, very small stuff and they were very helpful.

I’ve loved these apartments since the day I walked into the building to see what offers they have for me to move in! Every staff perosn I’ve met has been so nice. Work orders are easy to do and they got back to me within the same hour and fixed the issue very quickly!

I'm so thankful to the maintenance team who have been so helpful to me! I couldn't reach my lights to put in new bulbs and they came over right away and took care of it for me. I know they are busy with other things but they're always happy to help! And the office staff is always very friendly and welcoming.

I just moved my daughter into these apartments about a month ago and feel very comfortable with her living here. It’s a quiet and clean community with affordable and reasonable pricing for one bedroom apartments. We really liked that she could get an apartment without in unit laundry for now, and choose to have washer/dryer installed later down the road after she starts making more money after school. The whole leasing team was super helpful and patient with us (I had a lot of questions and worries as a mom). I can’t thank Sara and Aaron enough for easing my worries about her moving into her first apartment alone.

I toured with Aaron awhile ago and he was very upfront and honest. I didn't lease there at first but Luckily they can text me because I don't check my email AT ALL. But Sara and Amanda texted me recently and I think I may lease here. They're real convincing lol

I called looking for availability and tons of questions. I believe I spoke with Amber or Amanda. She was super helpful and knew the answers to all of my questions without a beat. I'm not moving until after the holidays so won't know what the availability is for a while, but I am seriously considering this complex. I won't be in town to tour for a few months but can't wait to see what will hopefully be my next home!
