It’s been a great experience! Love it so far! The people seem to be nice and the staff are great. I work in Peachtree City, so the location is nice as well. The gym seems to have everything you need for a good workout. Overall, the experience has been nice.

Everything has been great. The application process was simple. The cost of water is a bit expensive for the water to take a long time to warm up but the apt is real nice and bigger than I expected once I got my furniture in.

The apartments in general are very nice and the pricing for them are around average for the area. Some of the crime in the area is a deterrent but I think cameras around the property would be a step in the right direction.

Woodland Trail has been home for 2 years now almost and it's been a wonderful place. They always have things like chicken biscuits on Valentines day for the residents as well as things through out the year. They have pet days where your pet gets a treat and awesome pool themed parties. They are always helpful and so super helpful. We loveithere.

Absolutely love living here. The community is so quiet and peaceful, and on not so busy days there is plenty to do for my children, such as the little park or pool. Also, the staff and maintenance workers are phenomenal, all maintenance request are attended to in such little time and any questions or concerns with the staff are dealt with such compassion and courtesy.

We recently downsized from a 3 berm. To a 2 bdrm after living here 7 years. We love the 2 bdrm. Floor plan. The staff was amag during this transitiion.. most especially Laci. Manager and Stacey, VP. we are so grateful for their help through this transfer. Very happy we did it.

I love the community, the way the apartment is set up, it’s very peaceful and me and my kids are loving it so far I cannot wait to create new memories here, the staff is just great and professional and understanding i feel right at home

This community is beautiful and quiet. Our neighbors are so friendly. I love that it’s so close to shopping and dining areas, but also far enough to be easy to get in and out of without always fighting traffic.

Love the place absolutely gorgeous I would recommend to everyone prices are high but for a good reason they are extremely roomy and comfortable

Apartments need major upgrade new appliances, take carpet out replace with vinyl flooring splash guard around stove and etc. and also parking is horrible I have to park away from my car need apartment numbers on the parking spaces so it can be fair for everyone.
