Couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Staff is always on top of everything and always there to make sure you’re taken care of. Plus they are always having great event to bring the community together for fun.
Love it here! Love the fireplace on a cool night. Love the people that work here. From manager to maintenance you all rock! Anytime I have a problem it gets taken care of in one maybe two days.
Good neighborhood, quick with maintenance, thin walls though, as well as takes a while to cut the grass and are not very strict on the dog policy
Our experience has been fantastic. Honestly no complaints. Maintenance is fast, all the staff are super nice, and everything is pet friendly.
Although we've recently moved in, my fiance and I are already loving our new home! We love the pool and free gym membership, and the location is perfect for our needs. Our apartment was in beautiful condition upon move in, and the guys in the front office have been nothing but friendly and helpful so far. Having an EV friendly garage for him to charge his hybrid car in has been a huge bonus as well. Hoping for more good things to come!
Really friendly staff and neighbors nice upkeep with property I wish they had a dog park or courts for pickleball/tennis. I do like the events they put on

Good place to live. Good people. Good management. I’ve lived here 8 years and I’m still here. That’s saying something! The neighbors are friendly and the kids are nice.
It is a good area to live, quiet, good neighbors.. and places, shops etc nearby to go. Good area for our children's schools. The truth is that we are very happy to live here, super recommended.

The buildings are clean, staff are friendly, and maitnance is fast and good at their job. I love my view of the pond and appreciate how quiet the building is.

I have been living at Woodland Reserve in Ankeny IA since June of 2016. The staff in the office Luke, Nick, and Derik have been very helpful! The maintenance guys Brady, Brian, and Sam always have things fixed very quickly. I love living here and i don't know when or if I'll ever leave
My daughters and I absolutely love living here. After two years and thoughts of moving Nick helped me with my needs and moved me into a different unit ! Super pleased ?? Brady and the rest of the maintenance crew are quick to fix issues and to help with anything needed!
Staff have been very helpful and apartments are very clean and mostly up to date. My only complaint would be navigating throughout the complex gets a bit confusing.
If your looking for a big apartment with spacious bedrooms and open setting with your kitchen to living room, this is for you. Also the big bathrooms. ( yes plural) and your comfy fireplace with sliders off the living room and master bedrooms. It feels like your living in a house plus the big you can use there very nice clubhouse and rent it on those special occasions. The staff is 5star and maintenance is on top of there game fixing anything and everything so quick you’ll be surprised how they want you to be comfortable in your great apartment.. This has all ages of people living here and if you like to make friends, you can’t miss at Woodland Reserve.. Come and look and I know you’ll feel the same way. Enjoy!!
This last year has been at Woodland Reserve great. I look forward to many more years ahead. Maintenance is prompt and courteous, the office staff has always been kind yet professional.

Very good and will always respond when there is a problem Have good people in management and maintenance It is quiet clean and kept up ,am happy they check the fire alarms sprinklers etc
My boyfriend and I have been here over a month and for the most part it has been pleasant. Our one complaint is that while maintenance responds to our requests quickly, the quality of the work that is done isn’t always the best. A towel rack has fallen at least 4 times in the short time we’ve been here and keeps breaking again and again. Our dishwasher leaks despite being fixed once before. We don’t want to nag maintenance since they’re super nice but it is a little frustrating. But overall these are nice, quiet apartments with very friendly staff.
Staff is extremely welcoming and very helpful. My apartment was very clean moving in. I couldn't be happier with my choice in living. I highly recommend Woodland Reserve.

Moving into Woodland was seamless and easy. The staff has been friendly and helpful. We noticed our fridge wasn't working when we moved in and the work order was completed within 24 hours and they replaced the fridge so we don't have to worry about it breaking again!
I have been here since Halloween. I have continued to appreciate the grounds being cared for and when I put in a service request it is handled in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this complex.
Nick and Derik have been very helpful thorough the application process. I have had many questions and they’ve been very patient and detail in their information.
Comfortable place to be, they always make events to help everyone feel welcomed. In addition the apartments are a good size if you are looking for a single bedroom!

Disappointed that we now pay for sewer, garbage and water. It was not included when we were first moved. One of the amenities that helped us make our decision
This place is totally awesome! Everyone is so nice! Maintenance is always on time! Love the fireplace. Only thing i don't like is can't use the air in the winter. Lol

Overall nice place to live. Seems at times of the day, neighbors above us can be loud at times in which can be annoying such as loud stomping or moving what seems like a rolling sound from an office chair.
Absolutely love living at Woodland Reserve. I never knew how nice it is in apartment living. Apartments are spacious and I love not having to share a sink or bathroom every morning. Every month Nick or Derick are having different things to do in the clubhouse, from painting and puzzles and more. And did I say some wine while doing the activities. I cannot say enough to Brady and his guys that are at your apartment almost immediately if you need something fixed.. There’s a package area, dog grooming area ( which is so cool) swimming pool and huge clubhouse with a lot of room and seating. I love this complex and the staff are 5 star great!! Thanks! Fellas

I absolutely love it here. It’s very roomy, homey, and a quiet community to settle down in. Management and maintenance are quick to help solve problems and listen and the clubhouse is a nice additive. The elevator is also a plus!
Almost a whole year and just renewed my lease. I love it here. It's convenient, price is great for ankeny and maintenance and the office are quick to help same day.
It's been nice and quiet got to know few of the neighbors area seems to be kept up I've had no issues with inside the apartment the apartment complex is centrally located to everything that I need

Happy here, prompt response from maintenance when we make a request for a fixing. They are very friendly and helpful. As a senior, it would be nice to have a seniors only building. Of course not the whole complex. Thanks for all you do!
I enjoy the timely response from staff with maintenance issues. I love the weekly cleaning service that comes and maintains hallways and entrances. The new package room has helped cut down with delivery issues. And I enjoy how the office sends out monthly newsletters and has activities in the clubhouse to meet Neighbors.
We have lived here for 7 years. Love the location and size of our apartment. I’m giving 4 stars because the buildings are not secure. Maintenance is quick with repairs. Management is helpful with noisy neighbors.
Love living here I like the amenities and events they hold. Also the Maitinence is really well kept up. Just wish we had a dog park so our dog could run around freely

Everything has been great! We have lived since Mid-November. Everyone in the office and the maintenance team does a great job. They are super friendly and very helpful when I have questions. I will definitely recommend Woodland Reserve to people looking to move!
Been here a week and loving living here so far. Nice and quiet. Cannot wait to use more of the amenities that are available. Love being on first floor. The apartment is nice and spacious and like having a green space off the patio.
