Woodland Pines provides a great apartment for an unbeatable price in todays day and age. Size of the apartment is perfect for our needs and in a nice quiet corner of the neighborhood.

A cozy apartment for someone looking not to pay that much in rent. Apartments have a old layout not really renovated besides the new dishwasher that you could have. Overall okay first apartment or if you’re looking to get back on your feet and trying to conserve. A very good area though right off interstate.
I really love residing at Woodland Pines. I pay my rent on time, I don't bother anyone and the neighbors are friendly. I just have to get use to Management's lack of communication when there is work to be done.

I am not able to give a good review. I moved in January. I filled out a form explaining problems that were not acceptable. They have not been repaired. I've had 3 water leaks from a dishwasher my carpet was messed up becasue of the leaks. It took me 45 minutes to clean the dryer vent when I moved it it was packed with lint. The carpet had trash on it. The walls were half painted. All of this I explained to the office.
Good location and really nice neighbors! There are a little bit of plumbing issues! So my overall grade is Decent place too live.
Woodland Pines Apartments are a rare find. The price is fair, the appliances work, the maintenance is reliable and fast and efficient, the location is quiet, peaceful, safe and relaxing. The apartments are cozy, and in good condition. There are no community amenitities ie swim pool, fitness center or community areas, but maybe we can connect and build community without them. Apartments are good . AC units are very old and constantly have issues in the winter and summer.

I am a new tenant to woodland pines Apartments I have a couple of issues wrong with the apartment when I moved in contact the office and they were completed the same day great service
Pretty nice place to live, friendly.
Good size apartment. Large bedrooms but no storage. The staff doesnt get back to you regarding concerns or other questions. The stairs are supposed to be replaced but the ones in my building have been broken for the entire winter. My windows have been broken since I moved here over a year and a half ago. There really isnt a work our room though it states there is, as it only has a broken bike and treadmill. The new balconies are nice but they need more maintenance people for this large of a community.
They get the job done.
