Everyone is really nice, and I love my apartment. However, I am concerned because the gate to the parking lot always seems to be open. I haven't been here very long, but so far, things have been going super well.

Cheap, high quality apartments. They respond quickly to any maintenance requests, and they are quick to evict the people who don't pay rent (this is a huge plus for me, because those people generally cause trouble). Overall I have great neighbors, it's great to have a parking spot included with the apartment, and the utilities are pretty affordable.

So far since management has changed, the maintenance work is very poor. They take down all the requests that need to be done and we have people that come over to inspect but so far the only excuse is that they are backed up due to the delay with management. Our apartment is very outdated and has a few hazards that have not been addressed while we see other apartments get renovated, but they never get back to us. It truly feels like our voice and our health is not important and we are tired of excuses.

This place is conveniently close to everything. It is easy to get on to the freeway, walk to downtown Palo Alto, walk to local grocery stores and to get a cup of coffee. For the most part, neighbors are very respectful of each other.

I enjoy the apartment and the area we live in. Everything has been good so far. The convenience of not having anyone live on top of us or on the sides make it very adjustable as I do have a son who is diagnosed with Autism and some days can be very challenging for him.

I’ve been living in my apartment for 15 years and what i noticed is the office is very slow in looking into matters not only the maintenance side but also problems that have been reported like drinking in the parking lot loud music. Nothing has been done about it

Pathetic Woodland Park with great humiliation lost an unanimous jury verdict in a wrongful eviction extortion plot with fraudulent means after losing a civil action back to back and is going for the next without a break. They owe thousands of dollars they evade to pay. The apartments is as infested and filthy as ever and there is no working hot water since last year, they refuse to replace broken appliances, they never treated pest infestation of the building and the neighboring units and as much as I get pest treatment out of pocket for my apartment, all pests come back from outside infested floors. They have been reported to the police back to back for harassment and stealing. Bottom of the bottom nasty lows.

I like that our Maintenance department responds fairly quickly and in a professional matter when I submit work orders. I also like the fact that we are able to do all business online.

People that owns a pet should be fine for them urinating in the elevator ,I don't feel safe our front gate is always busted to where random people just walk right in our building

Landlords do not do anything to help residents affected with issues. Apartments are old and outdated and have not been renovated at all. They are difficult to contact and are slow to react. I have been living there for 13 years unfortunately since rent is high

Definitivamente, no recomiendo esta comunidad ya que hemos tenido malas experiencias en diferentes aspectos, unos relacionados con el vecindario, hay muchos conflictos entre vecinos, llegan a altas horas de la noche con volumen de música extremo, los parqueaderos no los respetan, no se sabe de quién es el almacenaje frente de mi parqueadero, nadie lo usa y administración dice que no deben quien puso esos candados, el servicio al cliente de la administración no es nada amigable, hacen acusaciones u se les demuestra pero no hacen nada para excusar en por el error de ellos, en fin son varios puntos a tratar

Some people are noisy and parking for visitors is difficult to find. But overall it’s a good location to live. People mainly keep to themselves.

Woodland apartment is one of the best in east Palo Alto is a nice place to live . It have a pretty view it also have nice pool to relax with friend

12/02/2024: I have been living at Woodland Park for only 9 months, I have already been a victim of a $2,300 theft inside the building, whose access is supposed to be controlled. This does not feel like a safe place to live. What is more, the management office was not helpful when I communicated the theft to them. 12/03/2024: I got robbed again today, as someone took two packages of $205.67 between 10:52 am and 1:54 pm.

What can I say? Leaving here is okay I mean it's just a what I want to make it out of it but do I have a good or bad outcome I would say I will never be renting from here again... I wish the management was more of being professional and more of a more of the human being not what to have a Snappy attitude or roll their eyes when being requested certain things to do or even have a proper documentation for approve of doing the inspections or whatever the case may be and make sure everybody think that being requested is the is the rental that you entitled to it will be no complications but unfortunately it's not my case but anyways so yeah hopefully one day it will get better for somebody else's future all I can do is just my experience and happy holidays everybody

It has been good for the past year. Our community is small and so far management has been responsive and supportive. If the city can work along with management to do something about parking on the city, that would be amazing. Not only to keep the street cleaner but to make the neighborhood look better!

I have been living there for almost a month. Really like the unit that I live in, the community is quiet , nice and I like that there's local Mexican market near by in the city of East palo alto and Menlo park , there's Plaza and local stores which I like, I like that EPA is in between redwood city amd Palo Alto to checkout and hangout in downtown . Different scenery plus shoreline in mountain view and Marsh trail that connect all the way to Cooling landing trails and south .

Very nice people in my area sometimes it can get a little loud after hours but other then that everything is fine and I have zero complains.

I have called the office numerous times trying to talk to a manager about my rent and I have not received the call as of yet and I've been calling since the first part of October. I'm not sure why I haven't been able to talk to a manager but it's really frustrating and the only reason I haven't went into the office is because I work in South San Francisco and about time I get back there the office is closed.

Neighbors are loud and there are roaches in the apartments. Rents are raised without update to the properties. The washer and dryers are always breaking.
